Pretty much everyone in the world has seen Kim Kardashian having sex in her sex tape with Ray J but there is someone out there who wants the tape to stop being sold and it’s going to cost them $30 million.
Apparently some mystery person out there from has hired a lawyer in Tennessee who sent off a letter to Vivid top man Steve Hirsch asking about acquiring all rights to the sex tape with hopes to completely remove it from the market.
It’s not known who this mystery buyer is but I’m going to guess it’s someone from the Kardashian family or else Kim’s new husband, Kris Humprhies, either way no matter who it is it’s going to cost a whopping $30 million.
“Based on its long term value, it looks like $30 million would be a starting point for a discussion on all of the rights. I have no idea who is behind this offer … but If it’s Kim, I have a tremendous amount of respect for her. She has my number and can call me any time.” Hirsch tells TMZ.
Speaking of the Kardashian’s they’re level of self importance never ceases to amaze me and in a recent press release they have decided to call themselves the “Kardashian Klan”.
The press release says “Join the stylish Kardashian klan on September 6th at the private studio of the legendary photographer Annie Leibovitz for an exclusive preview of their fabulous new fashion Kollection for Sears.”
I guess it’s a good play on words but seriously they just annoy the hell out of me so this is just ridiculous. Anyway, back to the tape who do you think is behind wanting to buy the rights?
I think it’s ridiculous that somebody would want to remove this tape considering we’ve all seen it.
Leighton Meester filed a lawsuit against her own mother, Constance, after she claimed that her mother had been using money the actress sent for her sick brother for personal reasons including Botox. Now her mother claims her daughter beat her with a bottle.
Leighton’s mother filed a counter-suit claiming that the Gossip Girl actress threw her to the ground and repeatedly hit her with a bottle back in December. This is like an episode from the TV show she stars on.
TMZ reports that the counter-suit states that at 2:00 AM on December 11, 2010, Leighton attacked her mother with a bottle and then had to be pulled off her by her brother, Lex.
As for the lawsuit Leighton filed regarding the money, Constance says it’s true she sent her the money but it wasn’t for her brother it was more a repayment for the money she spent helping out Leighton’s career.
It’s hard to believe what is true and what isn’t true especially when there is no written contracts. This is all crazy, I can only imagine what Christmas dinner will be like.

Last week Arnold Schwarzenegger filed his response to Maria Shriver‘s divorce petition and in it he was asking the judge not to give her any spousal support but now he seems to have had a change of heart.
Arnold refiled his papers yesterday and this time he is not denying her any spousal support or attorney’s fees, sources close to Arnold tell TMZ that he didn’t even know that his lawyer had asked to block Maria getting any money because he never read the papers.
Arnold, who is rumored to have earnings of $500-$750 million, filed his original papers on July 20th – the same week that the couples 13-year-old son, Christopher, was in intensive care unit after he was involved in a surfing accident.
Speaking of Christopher, People report that things are looking up for him and he is expected to be released sometime this week. Maria still hasn’t left her son’s bedside says a source.
“She was shaken horribly, this is her baby. She has been at the hospital nonstop, 24-7. She is sleeping there. How much can she take right now?” says the source.
Hopefully things will start to go smoothly for her from now on, she sure has had a rough couple of months.

It looks like we have another greedy parent of a celebrity on our hands because Leighton Meester is suing her own mother over money because Leighton claims her mother spent money on herself when it was meant for her sick brother, Lex.
TMZ , who first reported about the lawsuit, says that Leighton’s mother, Constance, refused to work so Leighton took it upon herself to send $7,500 a month to help take care of her brother, who has sever medical issues.
The lawsuit claims that Constance used the money for personal expenses, which included plastic surgery, botox and hair extensions, instead of using the money for Leighton’s younger brother.
Constance apparently threatened to sue Leighton if she didn’t up the monthly payments to $10,000 a month for the rest of her life because she says they had an oral contract. Leighton calls bullshit on this and has decided to sue her mother.
“This whole thing’s been really tough on Leighton, her only concern has always been taking care of her brother. Leighton’s really close with her brother and her dad – her parents are divorced. Leighton’s a sweet girl – she cares about work, friends and family.” Says a source who spoke to People .
This isn’t the first time Constance has been in trouble with the law – a woman filed and won a restraining order against her earlier this year after she harassed her and then back in the 1980′s she was convicted of helping smuggle marijuana into the U.S. and that’s when she gave birth to the Gossip Girl actress in a halfway house in Texas.
With a mother like that, who needs enemies?

Show business knows no bounds and will pretty much pay the worst people in the world if it means getting the exclusive and that’s exactly what is happening with Case Anthony at the moment.
Casey’s attorney, Jose Baez, is currently sitting in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City negotiating with three of the biggest networks in the country trying to figure out which one will pay the most for the first exclusive interview with her.
Sources connected to Baez tell TMZ that NBC, ABC and CBS are all trying to outbid each other for the first interview with Casey, who was found not guilty over murdering her own daughter, and it looks like NBC is the frontrunner with ABC second and CBS “a distant third.”
The reason NBC are looking like they will get the exclusive is because they are apparently paying for Baez’ hotel room. All three networks, who are willing to shell out big money, say they don’t pay for interviews but they are willing to pay for photos and other material which they call S.O.P.
Meanwhile Extra report that Casey could soon be headed to stay in her attorney’s home in Mexico and if this money does come through for the interviews she might not see it all since she owes the IRS $70,00 in unpaid taxes.
Whether she did kill her daughter or not, cashing in on the murder is disgusting.

Johnny Depp is reportedly about to sign on the dotted line to star in a fifth installment of ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ if new reports coming from TheWrap are to be believed.
Jerry Bruckheimer, the producer of the franchise, apparently said he was working on a script for the fifth movie back in May and that he wouldn’t make the movie without Depp. Speaking to the L.A. Times, he said “Hopefully, if this one does well, (Depp) will want to come back and play the character again, but it’s going to depend on the screenplay. It always does. He’s maniacal about not wanting to disappoint his audience.”
This should come as a surprise to nobody considering the fourth installment, ‘On Stranger Tides,’ just recently went onto pass the $1 billion mark at the global box office which now makes it the third-highest-grossing film ever at the international box office as well as Disneys biggest international release and as we all know in Hollywood when something makes that much money they will keep churning them out as long as they can.
It’s looking good though because apparently Depp is liking what he sees so far so is negotiations already to star in the movie, TheWrap also says that it’s looking so good the team behind the franchise have been having up to four meetings a week about it.
Another reason this should come as no surprise is because according to another report, Depp has earned nearly $350 million from the franchise because of the type of contracts he has. However, Disney called this number “highly inaccurate” and another source says the actual number is closer to $280 million. Either way, that’s still a shitload of money.

By now I’m sure you’ve had heard the news Casey Anthony was found not guilty of murdering her 2-year-old daughter Caylee yesterday in Florida and I’m sure you’ve read that Kim Kardashian has found herself under fire for giving her opinion on the matter. Now it’s reported that Casey has been offered a role in porn.
As with anything hot in the news, new stories and reports come out all the time and this one is definitely no different. For me the most shocking piece of news is that Casey has already received an offer from Vivid Entertainment, of course it would be them, to star in a porn movie.
Porn king, Steven Hirsch, spoke to TMZ about how he has already contacted Casey’s lawyer, Jose Baez, to talk about a possible business relationship between them. He didn’t say how much he is willing to pay her but thinks there is a steady chance that she might jump on it. Here is what he says:
“Whether you agree with the verdict or not, Casey will want to move forward with her life and has a right to make a living. It’s not going to be easy for her and we believe we can help her make the transition into a new life. We’ve all seen the pictures of her partying and having a good time with friends where she definitely looks hot. I’m sure Baez and Casey are celebrating today, but I’m hoping to connect with him very soon.”
I don’t even know why I’m shocked over this, Vivid have offered loads of celebrities money to do some kind of porn when the celebrity is in the news but seriously Casey isn’t even a celebrity she was just cleared of murdering her daughter. Vivid have really out-classed themselves this time.
Meanwhile in other news Nancy Grace has decided to lash out at the verdict that, speaking as soon as the verdict was announced yesterday she said “I absolutely cannot believe that Caylee’s death has gone unavenged, tot Mom will be walking free.”

Earlier this year Pamela Anderson decided to sue her ex-boyfriend for $1 million because he never gave him a condo in Las Vegas that he promised her but now she is being countersued by him for $22.5 million because he says she didn’t come through with helping promote.
Laurence Hallier‘s company built the Panorama Towers in Las Vegas and signed a deal with Anderson back in 2006 that would have her promote the sale of condos by doing several personal appearances and in return she would be given one of the condos. But he says she never bothered her ass showing up to any of the appearances.
He is now blaming her on the failure to sell a bunch of condos so he has decided to sue the Baywatch star for $22.5 million which he says is equal to the losses from the unsold units. He also says that Leonardo DiCaprio got his condo because he was so effective in helping promote that he sold over 100 condos.
Anderson sued him for $1 million because she claimed that if he never gave her the condo then he promised to just give her the money in cash but he says she is not entitled o this money because she didn’t come through with her end of the bargain.
What a mess, there’s no way in hell she can afford $22.5 million considering she has been in money troubles for the past few years.

Michael Jackson‘s famous red jacket that he wore in the music video for ‘Thriller’ was sold for $1.8 million at an auction on Sunday, the same weekend of the second anniversary of his death. I can’t believe that it’s been two years already since he passed away.
There is two versions of the jacket, this one that was sold has winged shoulders and was autographed by Jackson before he died and the other version is owned by the Michael Jackson estate. So who coughed up this amount of money for the jacket? Some Texas man called Milton Verret. Who said he is going to use the jacket for good use and send it on tour to be used for a fund-raising tool to help children’s charities make money.
The jacket was expected to make between $200,000 and $400,000 but obviously it went way over what they were expecting to get for it. Part of the proceeds will go to actress Tippi Hedren‘s Roar Foundation. This isn’t the first time that Milton has bought famous items, back in 2009 he paid $120,000 at an auction for a motorcycle that was worth $20,000 and signed by Jay Leno. He then also spent another $120,000 on eight “Big Guitars” during the 2009 GuitarTown charitable auction in Austin.
Marilyn Monroe‘s infamous subway dress from ‘The Seven-Year Itch’ made $4.6 million at an auction last week so I’m kind of shocked that the jacket didn’t sell for more. Buying celebrity memorabilia doesn’t really appeal to me mainly because I can’t even imagine being in the position to pay so much for something.

Jennifer Lopez has spent the past two years trying to stop a private video that she made with her first husband, Ojani Noa, on their honeymoon but a recent court ruling shut her down and said he has every right to sell the tape. now a full blown bidding war has exploded.
TMZ reports that Red Light District, YouPorn.com, and PornHub.com are all trying to outbid each other because they want to be the first website to get their hands on the tape. Apparently the current bids are around $40,000.
Yes that number may seem very low but that’s because the tape doesn’t actually involve and actual sex in it, it’s basically just shots of J.Lo showing off her ass and having it spanked a couple of times. Kind of boring.
I’m sure it will be only a matter of time before we actually get to find out what exactly is on the tape, I’d love to know why she doesn’t just pay him off herself and then burn the tape.

Last week it was announced that Ashton Kutcher will be replacing Charlie Sheen for the upcoming season of ‘Two and a Half Men’, but today it’s been announced that his contract is just for one year.
The reason behind this is because back in 2010 CBS renewed the show for season 8 and 9 before Charlie’s meltdown which sent the show into limbo, but now that they have replaced him they will be going ahead with season 9.
This means that if CBS decides to renew the show beyond Season 9 they can either offer Ashton a new contract or they can dump him and look for a replacement. But it also works in his favor because if he decides to quit then he can do so with no issues.
Apparently both CBS and Warner Bros do want to get at least two or three more years out of the show but obviously that will all depends on ratings for the upcoming season.
I’m gonna guess if it does get renewed Ashton will be praying they offer him a new contract because for just this one year he is set to earn around $20 million.
Oprah has held on to the top spot of Forbes‘ annual 100 most powerful and wealthiest celebrities in the world nearly every year for the past seven years but today it’s been announced that Lady GaGa has knocked her off the top spot. In total the full 100 celebrities earned a combined total of $4.5 billion over the past year but the list doesn’t just go based on money, it also goes on social media and other stuff which is how GaGa bumped Oprah because let’s face it when it comes to the media GaGa is the most used name in the world at the moment. Paul McCartney really must be one of the dumbest dumb fucks in the world if new reports are to be believed surrounding his pre-nup to future wife Nancy Shevell.
You might remember that Paul had a huge divorce battle with Heather Mills that turned very ugly and seen him having to pay her $50 million in the final court ruling. Now he is walking in to his next marriage with no pre-nup again. A source spoke to Popeater saying:
“His friends and business advisers think he’s crazy after what happened with his ex, but Paul is insisting Nancy is no Heather, There’s no need to make marriage a business arrangement. are the perfect couple. And have both had a huge impact on each other. She has once again shown him that falling in love doesn’t have to hurt. This one will last forever, she is the opposite of Heather and hates the public spotlight, plus she doesn’t need his money to live a great life.”
Apparently his legal team have drawn up a single-page agreement that states if the marriage goes south then the only thing she won’t go for is the trust fund he has for his kids. Anything else is up for grabs.
Although the thing that’s working in his favor is that if the marriage does fail she is pretty rich herself, she has her own business in New York and her father, Mike Shevell, is a trucking tycoon and his a huge fortune himself so she doesn’t need Paul’s money.
That’s all well and good but we all know that when people do break up it nearly always goes nasty. I guess love does really make some people blind huh?
