The Hangover 2 has already pulled in over $200 million and it’s only been out for the past few days and as we all know in Hollywood this means that there will be yet another sequel. So yes The Hangover 3 is already in the pipeline.
Deadline are reporting that while nobody is contracted yet Warner Bro definitely want another movie to come out and it’s more than likely that Craig Mazin will take on the job of writing the script for the third installment of the franchise.
The thing is though that none of the stars – Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis and Ed Helms are signed on for a third movie, either is director Todd Phillips signed up, and when talk of the second movie was brought up there was a big salary dispute so considering how well the second one is doing there will be more negotiations to be had.
When asked at a recent press conference about the possibility off a third movie Todd said, “The third would very much a finale and an ending. The most I could say about it and I haven’t discussed it with these actors is that it is not following that template but very much a new idea.”
Would you like another movie in the Hangover franchise?
If you’re a fan of the Scream franchise then there is good news for you today because it has been announced that Ghostface will return for Scream 5 because it has been given the greenlight.
Harvey Weinstein did an interview with MTV and announced that despite Scream 4 only making $01 million so far, I know that’s still pretty good but for a film as big as Scream it should have made more, they will be going ahead and making a fifth installment to the franchise. Here is what he had to say:
“Foreign [sales] are so strong that we’ll do over $100 million worldwide, it’s at $90 now, with about five or six major countries to go and a lot of small ones. We’ll probably do $110 million. I wish it would have been better domestically, but it’s not the worst thing in the world that’s ever happened.”
I love the Scream franchise and was more than happy with how Scream 4 turned out so I’m pretty excited for them to go ahead and make a fifth film. No word on casting yet so we don’t know if Neve Campbell, David Arquette or Courteney Cox will return. What’s your thoughts on them making another Scream?
I completely forgot that they had on planned on remaking ‘Total Recall’ but it’s still going ahead and according to The Hollywood Reporter Ethan Hawke has signed on to appear in the movie.
It’s unknown exactly what Ethan’s role will be yet but what we do know is that the Colin Farrell will be the lead in the remake of the 1990 classic and it’s believed that Bryan Cranston will play the villain in the movie.
On top of having this cast both Kate Beckinsale and Jessica Biel are in negotiations to play the female leads in the film, I wonder if one of them will play the 3-breasted woman? Probably unlikely but I can hope, right?
The movie is supposed to start shooting next month in Toronto so I guess details will start leaking about Ethan’s role. What do you think of the cast? I myself think they should just leave the original movie alone.
The trailer for Saw 3D has been released, even though the movie is still in the being edited, and you can watch it right here.
The trailer says “Every master craftsman – and all true geniuses – always save their best – for last.” Which means the 7th movie will see the Saw franchise is finally coming to an end when it’s released on October 29th. The producers said…
“We have told the story we wanted to tell, and this is going to be a great farewell. It’s more violent than any of them. But it’s in 3-D, it answers all the questions, it comes full circle. We have the goods on this one.”
Even though I don’t really like any of the Saw movies, yet I’ve watched all of them, I can’t wait to see this one because it’s in 3D.
Ever since it was announced that Tobey Maguire wouldn’t be in the Spider-Man 4 movie there has been a ton of rumors surrounding the project, some saying it won’t go ahead and some just casting rumors. But here is 5 actors that have already met with director Marc Webb and are serious candidates to become the new Peter Parker.
Jamie Bell
The 24-year-old English actor, repped by WME and Artists Independent Management, who made his film debut playing the title character in “Billy Elliot,†has been doing the proper British actor thing in period movies such as “Nicholas Nickleby†and “Jane Eyre†(he’s also appeared in Hollywood movies such as Peter Jackson’s “King Kong†and Ed Zwick’s “Defianceâ€). More important, he’s already stepped into the comics world by portraying Tintin in Jackson and Steven Spielberg’s “The Adventures of Tintin†movie, which won’t hit screens until December 2011.
Alden Ehrenreich
The Los Angeles-born 20-year-old has a juicy backstory, having been “discovered†by Spielberg, who saw a comedy video starring Ehrenreich at a bat mitzvah of his daughter’s friend. A couple of TV appearances followed, but the actor’s next big leap came when he was cast by Francis Ford Coppola in 2009’s “Tetro.†He is repped by WME.
Frank Dillane
The 19-year-old Brit’s main credit is last year’s “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince,†where he played a young Tom Riddle. Is a minor role in a “Potter†film a good springboard for a mega-franchise? It worked for Robert Pattinson.
Andrew Garfield
The L.A.-born actor had a short stint on a BBC TV series called “Sugar Rush†but gained notices for playing a young reporter in a gritty British TV movie trilogy titled “Red Riding.†The 27-year-old appeared in “The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus†and will be seen in David Fincher’s movie about Facebook, “The Social Network.†He is repped by CAA and the Collective.
Josh Hutcherson
The youngest actor of the bunch — he turns 18 this year — is also the one with the most experience. The past six years alone have seen the Kentucky-born kid rack up credits with key roles in Jon Favreau’s “Zathura,†drama “Bridge to Terabithia†and the upcoming “Red Dawn†remake. He appears in the Sundance hit “The Kids Are All Right,†which insider buzz suggests could be an Oscar contender, and starred with Brendan Fraser in “Journey to the Center of the Earth.†Hutcherson, repped by ICM and Beddingfield, just signed on to star in the “Journey†sequel, and that movie could prove a fly in the ointment if the actor’s schedule collides with “Spider-Man.†(Though you can bet every effort would be made to make it work.)
Apparently Marc Webb wants to cast a younger actor to take on the role because he wants to go back to tell the story all over again of when Peter Parker was in high school and when his uncle died, the movie is supposed to be in production by the end of the year. Zac Efron has been rumored to take on the role for months but a spokesperson for Columbia Pictures said they would not comment on casting. Who would you like to play Spider-Man?

There has been rumors going around about who will play the next bond-girl in the upcoming James Bond movie, Bond 23, but the latest casting rumor is Rachel Weisz.
Weisz has joked in the past about playing a bond-girl but the producers apparently know that she is too good an actress to just play a bond-girl so they are thinking of making her the head of the evil organization Quantum, which has been going on for the past two movies.
The last woman to play a villain in a Bond movie was Elektra King, played by Sophie Marceau, in The World is Not Enough but that was 11 years ago so it’s about time they had a hot woman play some evil character in my opinion.
What’s working in Weisz’s favor is that she is friends with Sam Mendes, who is set to direct Bond 23, and she is also friends with James Bond himself Daniel Craig. As for when the movie is going to go ahead, it is still unknown because MGM has yet to be sold off and all of their projects are pretty much on hold at the moment.
Do you think Rachel Weisz would be a good choice to star in the next James Bond movie?

I didn’t even know they planned on making a Sider-Man 4, but apparently they are and they are looking at Rachel McAdams to play one of the villains.
According to new reports Sam Raimi, who directed the first 3 movies, is in the process of casting the villains and supporting characters.
McAdams is supposed to be in the lead to take on the role of Felicia Hardy, better known as The Black Cat, who fans recall that when Spidey first encounters the Black Cat, she’s a cat burgler looking to free her ailing father from prison. She becomes smitten with the web-slinger, to the point of a stalker-level obsession. Later stories had Peter reciprocating her affection and her becoming a lover, a friend and ally (the perfect thing to allow Sony to create a Spidey spin-off).
The movie is yet again going to have two villains in it, the other one will be a male villain but nobody knows who they are looking at or even what character the have in mind.
After the mess that was Spider-Man 3, I would not want to see a fourth installment of the movie. However if Rachel McAdams is going to be in it then I will definitely go, she is a fantastic actress and well seeing her dressed up as a superhero wouldn’t hurt me.
The above image is exactly what I feel like doing to myself because Warner Brothers have announced they are making a movie based on LEGO.
Yes the Lego that we all played with when we were kids, now according to Variety the studio are having Kevin Hageman write the script while Dan Lin will produce the movie.
The movie is described as an action adventure set in a LEGO world. By the way you can blame the success of Transformers and GI Joe for this movie happening, they believe because these two movies were huge that we all want a LEGO movie.
So it was recently announced that Angelina Jolie would not be reprising her role as Lara Croft in the new Tomb Raider movie.
Of course as we all know, there is similarities between Angelina and Megan Fox (mainly they are both hot and kind of look a like) so that of course meant Megan’s name was thrown around to take over the role for Angelina.
This is not the case according to Megan who said “I haven’t been offered that. No one has even spoken to me about doing that yet. I think that’s a role that Angelina Jolie mastered, and I would never attempt to take that over from her.”
So now another two names are being thrown around, Summer Glau and Kristin Kreuk.
While both of these women are hot, I would rather stick my hand in the fire than see them playing Lara Croft.
Just like Megan Fox said, the movie is Angelina Jolie‘s so lets leave it alone shall we?
Hefner says, “Downey and I have talked about it and it is a very real possibility. He’s a marvelous actor and I would be honored if he decided to do it.”
Downey already does the playboy role nicely, especially as Tony Stark in the Iron Man movie(s). Do you think it will convert nicely to the big screen when he has three blondes on his arm?
The movie, tentatively titled, “Playboy”, is said to be about the colorful past of the magazine founder and icon of the sexual revolution. “Playboy” will be directed by Brett Ratner and has been in the works for almost a year now.
Check out these very nice pictures of Diora Baird from the June 2009 issue of FHM Magazine.
I don’t really have anything other than the pictures to post about Diora, she looks hot so I wanted to share them with you – nothing wrong with that is there?
If you plan on seeing the new Star Trek movie then look out for Diora Baird in it as she is playing “Orion Slave Girl” and she is also going to be in a new film called Pornstar, which is describes as “set against the backdrop of our current booming porn industry, Pornstar is an unflinching exploration into America’s obsession with sex, fame, and money, and what cost people are willing to pay for these things, and the lies we tell ourselves to make it through the day.”
Jenna Jameson stars in a new comedy, “How To Make Love To A Woman“, which is due to be released in theaters later this year.
Jameson’s first foray into “mainstream” acting, was a wanna-be horror flick, called “Zombie Strippers“. She’s also the best-selling author of the book, “How To Make Love Like A Porn Star“.
In this movie, Josh Meyers plays a successful career man who can’t bring his girlfriend (played by Krysten Ritter), to orgasm.
Jameson plays herself, in a role which touts her “experience” in making chicks smile.
Speak up guys, do you think Jenna is the right candidate to teach men how to make love to a woman? Do you like her “acting”? Hey, if it works for Ron Jeremy, then why not Jenna Jameson?
