Brian, who appeared on TV show “The Sexiest Bachelor in America”, was charged last week with one count of murder and one count of torture. He is facing 25 years to life in prison according to Jane Robison, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office.
Prosecutors say that during a domestic argument Randone beat and choked Felicia, he then called 911 to report that she was unconscious.
Felicia has appeared in Rush Hour 2 and did some modeling for Playboy television, she also did some porn movies under the name of Felicia Tang.
Sgt. Brian Schoonmaker said “it appeared to be torture prior to the murder,” he also says she had numerous of injuries on her body in the 24 hours before she died.
Sad, it will be interesting to see how all of this ends.
More scandal in the tragic murder of Jasmine Fiore, apparently she and her ex-husband Michael Cardosi shared a little romantic moment four days before her murder.
Jasmine, who was murdered by her husband Ryan Jenkins, took to a beach in Southern California where her and Cardosi shared a kiss.
Cardosi had been locked up in prison for the past three years but when he was released, on August 11, the pair took off to the beach together to take these pictures .. which she has her wedding ring off.
Winnie Humphreys, the mother of Cardosi, said the pair had kept in touch the whole time he was in prison.
As we all know Jasmine was murdered three days later on August 14 but it is uknown if Jenkins knew about them spending time on the beach together. But police tell TMZ that “jealousy was the most obvious motive for this murder.”
By the way, Michael Cardosi was sent back to prison on August 16 for breaking the terms of his probation.
For the second time in as many years, a state parole board voted unanimously Wednesday to deny one of Charles Manson’s fiercest followers her request for a “compassionate release” so that she can die at home.
Convicted murderer Susan Atkins, 61, is terminally ill with cancer and has only months to live, doctors say. The issue of mercy has long haunted Atkins. Nearly 40 years ago, actress Sharon Tate begged the knife-wielding Atkins to spare her life and that of her unborn child.
“She asked me to let her baby live,” Atkins told parole officials in 1993. “I told her I didn’t have mercy for her.”
On Wednesday night, the parole board meeting at the Central California Women’s Facility in Chowchilla had little mercy for Atkins, who slept on a gurney for much of a hearing that began in the early afternoon.
It was the same result as last year when, despite the presence of a number of supporters, and the approval of the prosecutor who put her behind bars, the 12-member California Board of Parole unanimously voted to deny Atkins’ release.
Atkins is serving a life sentence for the 1969 slaying of Tate, 26, who was 8 1/2 months pregnant, and musician Gary Hinman.
She has served 38 years in prison, longer than any other female in the state.
The victims’ relatives and supporters opposed Atkins’ release, saying she showed no mercy on Aug. 9, 1969, when she and other young followers of Charles Manson entered a hilltop Benedict Canyon home and murdered five people.
A former topless dancer who used to sing in her church choir, Atkins was one of Manson’s most loyal disciples.
After fatally stabbing Tate, prosecutors said, Atkins tasted the actress’ blood and used it to write “PIG” on the front door of the home.
During her trial, which took more than nine months, Atkins seemed to show no remorse and maintained utter devotion to Manson, whom she called “Jesus Christ,” “the devil” and “the soul.”
During sentencing, she taunted the court, saying, “You’d best lock your doors and watch your own kids.”
Atkins is now considered a model prisoner known for helping others. She has been married to an Orange County attorney for the last 21 years.
In recent years, she was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. One of her legs has been amputated and the other is paralyzed, authorities said.
Some of her supporters have argued that releasing Atkins would save the state substantial amounts of money in medical and prison expenses.
Former Manson prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi said it was time for the state to show Atkins mercy. He told The Times last month that it was wrong to say “just because Susan Atkins showed no mercy to her victims, we therefore are duty-bound to follow her inhumanity and show no mercy to her.”
“She’s already paid substantially for her crime, close to 40 years behind bars. She has terminal cancer. The mercy she was asking for is so minuscule. She’s about to die. It’s not like we’re going to see her down at Disneyland,” said Bugliosi, who wrote the best-selling book “Helter Skelter.”

A law enforcement official tells The Associated Press that the Los Angeles County coroner has ruled Michael Jackson’s death a homicide.
The finding makes it more likely criminal charges will be filed against the doctor who was with the pop star when he died.
The official says the coroner determined a fatal combination of drugs was given to Jackson hours before he died in his rented Los Angeles mansion on June 25. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the findings have not been publicly released.
Forensic tests found the powerful anesthetic propofol in Jackson’s system along with two sedatives, the official says.
Dr. Conrad Murray, Jackson’s personal physician, is the target of a manslaughter probe headed by Los Angeles police.
Boxing legend Arturo Gatti‘s sexy stripper-wife choked the life out of him with her purse strap while he slept in a swanky Brazilian resort, cops charged Sunday.
Amanda Carine Barbosa Rodrigues, a 23-year-old former exotic dancer, looked unfazed as cops escorted her out of a police station in Recife, Brazil.
The stunner’s eyes were hidden by giant designer sunglasses as she walked to a police cruiser in low-rise blue jeans and a clingy white top that showed off the toned physique that first caught Gatti’s eye.
The busty bombshell’s purse was found stained with blood in their rented apartment at the luxurious Dorisol Resort in the turquoise-water paradise town of Porto de Galinhas.
“She is the only suspect,” a police spokesman said.
The couple – who had met while she danced at a club in Brazil – were vacationing there to celebrate a second honeymoon after rekindling their relationship following a brief breakup, friends said.
Carl Moretti, who promoted many of Gatti’s fights, said he always worried the 37-year-old former Jersey City star spent too much time in strip clubs picking up the wrong women.
“Among friends who knew him, no one felt that this was a good relationship,” Moretti said. “The relationship was not based on love. It could get violent at times.”
Moretti said he had heard through Gatti’s manager, Pat Lynch, that Rodrigues threw a lamp at Gatti on a recent trip to Montreal.
“They were always fighting,” he said. “It never stopped. But clearly, you didn’t think that it would lead to this.”
Authorities detained the tight-bodied beauty early yesterday because of contradictions in her story when she was first questioned. Police called her version of what had happened “inconsistent and incoherent.”
Rodrigues could not explain how she had spent nearly 10hours in the room without noticing that Gatti was dead, authorities said.
The couple went to a bar Friday night and began to argue, witnesses said. Rodrigues told cops Gatti got drunk, hit her and pushed her to the floor.
Witnesses said the two were still fighting when they returned from the bar early Saturday morning.
Rodrigues was being examined at the Medical Legal Institute near their vacation spot and will spend the night in prison.
Gatti, who won 40 of his 49 professional fights, including 31 by knockout, was raised in Montreal but became a star in Atlantic City, where he won his first title. He moved to New Jersey in 1991 and delighted crowds there until his retirement in 2007.
Nicknamed Thunder, he won world championships in two different weight classes, 130 pounds and 140pounds.
“She murdered her husband and left her child an orphan,” said Lou DiBella, a former executive at HBO who put together several of Gatti’s more memorable fights.
“Now she’s going to spend the rest of her life in prison. This is just too much a tragedy.”

If former NFL star Steve McNair’s girlfriend was upset about being arrested for drunken driving two days before she killed him and herself, she didn’t let it show.
McNair was a passenger in Sahel Kazemi‘s car when Nashville police arrested her a week ago. Police released video of that DUI stop Wednesday, the same day they confirmed that Kazemi, 20, had killed McNair and then herself in a condo McNair rented.
In the video, recorded by patrol car cameras, Kazemi laughed and teased the officer, but also repeatedly asked to have McNair come to the window of the police cruiser where she was sitting.
The officer responded, “He’s not happy.” McNair, who wasn’t charged, left in a cab without talking to her.
“I told him you wanted to talk to him and he was more than welcome to come back to the car. He just left in a taxi,” Officer Shawn Taylor told Kazemi.
It’s another allegation to come to light since the former NFL star’s death July 4. A new allegation surfaced Friday as the New York Daily News reported, via an anonymous source, that McNair carried on a six-year affair with an exotic dancer in Minneapolis.
According to the source, whom the News referred to as a “former business manager,” McNair was a “frequent visitor to the club and had an intimate and extramarital relationship” with said dancer.
According to this person, the woman knew McNair was married with children, but still didn’t care.
“She liked money and athletes,” the former business manager said on condition of anonymity. “She went out with athletes before. She was one of those girls who said, ‘You’re married? You have kids? So what?’ Lets have fun.”
“I can tell you that she was very upset when she learned that he had died,” the former business manager added.
Of course he wasn’t happy about the DUI — my guess is that she demanded he leave his wife or else. Affairs are nasty business!
The estranged daughter of Billy Bob Thornton has been indicted on several charges in the death of a 1-year-old girl she was baby sitting in central Florida.
Amanda Brumfield, 29, was booked at the Orange County Jail on Wednesday. She faces charges of first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse and aggravated manslaughter of a child.
Court records show she told investigators the infant who died in her care in October acted normally and ate bananas after she fell from a playpen and hit her head. But detectives believe Brumfield’s story is inconsistent with the girl’s injuries.
The child was her goddaughter.
An autopsy completed in March concluded that the short fall, estimated at about 28 inches in height, could not have caused the skull fracture and brain bleed that lead to the child’s death.
It was not immediately clear whether Brumfield had an attorney. A telephone message left at the jail was not returned Thursday morning.
Thornton’s publicist has said the actor hasn’t spoken to Brumfield for a number of years.
Prosecutors have not released what they think happened or given a motive.

Jailed music legend Phil Spector has posted a string of astonishing internet blogs before and after being sentenced to 19 years for murder.
The producer, who has been allowed to keep a laptop computer and iPod in his cell at Los Angeles County Jail, has been rattling off revealing messages via the chat site Twitter.
In them, Spector, 69, who was convicted by a retrial jury last month for the murder of actress Lana Clarkson, tells how:
The authorities took his wig
He has befriended a cockroach – “I’m naming him Wilson†– and is playing air chess with him
His “wall of sound†music style is comparable to the artistic works of Leonardo Da Vinci
He is “dysfunctional by choice and I love my attitude problemâ€
He refuses to be depressed, calling it a “wasted emotion,†like pity
He has an “itch†in his head that is driving him “crazy†and medication he has been ordered to take is “taking its tollâ€.
Spector was secretly escorted from jail last Wednesday to UCLA Medical Centre in Beverly Hills for the two-hour operation. It is not known if the polyps were malignant or in a pre-cancerous state.
His Âspecial privileges at LA County Jail are not uncommon, especially for celebrity inmates, but they will almost certainly not be as generous when he is placed in a long-term prison in the next few weeks after medical and psychological screening.
However, he will be able to carry on blogging. America’s Federal Bureau of Prisons announced earlier this year that its estimated 2,450,000 inmates will all have access to email by 2011.
I’m fairly certain this entire story is a big steaming pile. However, it does make for an interesting read and someone amusing to follow on Twitter.
Hulk Hogan is sounding homicidal over the way his wife Linda dumped him, forced him out of his $18 million mansion, allegedly started spending his money at the rate of $40,000 a month and dating “some shaggy-haired pool boy 30 years her junior.”

The 69-year-old Spector has been awarded two Grammy Awards and in 1989, was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

The stepfather of one of three 8-year-old boys who were murdered in 1993 is suing Natalie Maines over comments she allegedly made at a rally earlier this year in support of the men — dubbed the “West Memphis Three” — who were convicted of the crime.
The complaint claims that at the rally, Maines told a “false and reckless claim that [the plaintiff] committed the murders.”
What the hell is going on? Mark Ruffalo‘s brother, Scott, is barely hanging on to life after he was shot in the head on Monday.
Scott, who is a hairdresser was shot in his apartment in Beverly Hills yesterday, according to TMZ the police have already started an investigation into the “suspicious shooting.”
Police sources say that they are trying to determine if the shooting was an accidental shooting, a suicide attempt or if something “criminal went down.”
According to other reports the Ruffalo family are all gathering around each other and being “very supportive.”
This is such sad news for Mark Ruffalo and his family, especially coming up to Christmas. Hopefully his brother will pull through from being shot in the head.
William Balfour, the man suspected of killing Jennifer Hudson‘s mother, brother and seven-year-old nephew found out he will remain in prison without getting parole during an Illinois Prisoner Review Board today.
In the 35-minute hearing the board, Balfour denied any involvements in the murders, he also denied the allegations he was spotted carrying a gun similar to the one used in the murders after his girlfriend said she spotted him carrying a .45 caliber gun, which matched the murder weapon.
He has still not been charged of the killings but remains the only suspect. Meanwhile, Hudson’s sister Julia paid tribute to her mother =,who would have turned 58 on Nov. 7 – with a MySpace message that reads, “Happy Birthday Mama!!!!!”
Sad news to report, Jennifer Hudson‘s mother and brother, Jason have been found dead in a home in Chicago.
According to CBS, two adults were found fatally shot at a home at 70th Street and Yale Avenue at 3 p.m. Friday, authorities said. A representative of the family’s church, Pleasant Gift Missionary Baptist, confirms that 57-year-old Darnell Hudson was one of the victims
TMZ reports that a cousin of the family found the bodies at around 2:44 PM, hen the fire department arrived and discovered the bodies, police were brought in and the home was declared a crime scene.
