So yesterday InTouch Weekly broke the news that newly engaged Kim Kardashian had been having a 5-month affair with NFL star Bret Lockett and he also gave an interview telling details of the relationship. She then denied this and said she would sue.
Kim, who recently became engaged to Kris Humphries, even took to her blog yeserday to write a huge essay about the whole thing, here is part of what she had to say regarding the matter:
“In Touch contacted my publicist a couple of days ago letting us know they were working on this story and we told them that the story was false, that none of the “facts” they had were accurate and that if they published it I would blast them. They told me they were going to go ahead and publish it anyway, since it would create a lot of press for them. What a sad world we live in.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again… don’t believe everything you read. The tabloids and weekly magazines will do ANYTHING to sell copies, and in this case they decided to run a false story, knowing they had absolutely no proof that it was real. It’s disgusting, and I will be taking legal action against In Touch magazine and Bret Lockett.”
Bret isn’t going down with a fight though because he has now spoken to TMZ about it and says he is not afraid of her legal threats because he has “concrete proof” that they had an affair while she was with Humphries.
He is claiming to have phone records, texts and very personal cell phone photos of Kim and if she takes him to court he will prove all of this in the courtroom.

Kim Kardashian, newly engaged, has been caught cheating with a hunky football star?
New England Patriots star Bret Lockett (amazingly) tells In Touch Weekly in their newest issue that Kardashian “pursued me” before and, according to the report, after she began dating now-fiance Kris Humphries.
“I knew this was a game to her, and this is what she does,” Lockett is quoted as saying. With the help of Lockett’s brother, Colin, the report tells of a flirtatious texting relationship that began when he told by Kim’s friend, Lauren London, that the reality star wanted the footballers number.
Colin handed over the digits and before long, “They chatted, and then they started texting each other.” But the reality starlet is already fighting back.
“The story is absolutely not true,” Kardashian’s rep told PopEater. “Kim has no idea who this guy is and is preparing to take legal action.”
The star’s lawyer has already sent a letter to In Touch, saying the cheating allegations “are, at a minimum, damaging, defamatory, and an invasion of her privacy.”

New England Patriots cheerleader Caitlin Davis was kicked off the squad for her role in a photo scandal — and she’s blaming the whole thing on bad judgment …. a really bad Halloween costume.
In a statement to TMZ, 18-year-old Caitlin Davis refuses to take responsibility for the offensive images drawn on a drunk guy who passed out at a party.
“The kid in the picture was a ‘drunk guy who passed out and was written on,’ as his costume for the night.”
It all went down in a dorm at Boston College. Caitlin claims,
“Me and my girls left the dorm and went to another house and came back to the kid passed out on the futon we were suppose to sleep on. The guys ended up drawing more on him due to the fact that he was the first one to pass out on Halloween night … At the time I had jumped in the picture with the kid, I didn’t realize what had been drawn on him, which I take responsibility for not being alert. Me and my friends took pictures with him because we found it humorous how badly he was drawn on.”
Seems like a stupid reason to me. It’s not like she robbed a liquor store or was caught selling drugs, she’s in college for crying out loud.
