The new Bud Light commercial, introduced online Wednesday, features pudgy, naked male flesh.
It is the latest in down-market brewing’s glorious history of using nudity to sell beer. Only instead of buxom babes, we get 60 seconds of office drones stripping frantically because the company clothing drive is offering a Bud Light for every item donated.
But is Bud Light stripping scared? And will that benefit Joe Six-Pack at the cash register? Donald Lichtenstein, a marketing professor at the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business, believes the brand is perhaps acting out in fear of even cheaper beer horning in on its low-brau base. Said Lichtenstein,
“I’ll bet some part of it is a reaction to the market share Pabst is getting.”
So almost everybody wins. We get cheaper beer from other brewers such as Pabst. And we get short-attention-span entertainment between our regularly scheduled programming from Bud Light.
But will Bud Light see enough sales from its latest commercial, a sequel of sorts to its “Swear Jar” campaign with strategic blockage of private parts? It reportedly will not air during the Super Bowl.

A prestigious art museum in London is under fire for their decision to display a nude photo of a 10-year-old Brooke Shields that critics and child advocates fear will be a “magnet for pedophiles.”

The image, titled ‘Spiritual America,’ is the work of Richard Prince and shows the young actress naked from the knees up, wearing make-up and covered in oil. She is looking directly at the camera.
Tate Modern decided to display the image in their ‘Pop Life: Art In a Material World‘ show after seeking legal advice and moved the piece to a separate room that warns visitors of its “challenging imagery.”
‘Spiritual America’ is actually a 1983 photograph of a 1975 photograph taken by artist Gary Gross, who hired Shields as a model and claims he had her mother’s consent. She tried unsuccessfully to buy back the negatives in 1981, before Prince incorporated it as his own. A judge ruled her as a “hapless victim of a contract.”
Children’s advocates reacted to the Tate’s decision with shock. Michaele Elliott, founder of Kidscape, told the Telegraph he felt Shields was being exploited.
“She could not have given informed consent to it being used. It must be bordering on child pornography. It is certainly not art.
If you are using a picture of a naked child to bring people to your exhibition, then you are exploiting that child. It’s as if they are using a 10-year-old girl for bait. I find it disturbing and they should be ashamed of themselves. And putting the picture in a room with a warning outside really is a magnet for pedophiles.”
Well, apparently that contract really doesn’t mean jack. The image has been removed from display after a visit to Tate Modern by officers from the obscene publications unit of the Metropolitan police.

Lily Allen has been named the ‘Woman of the Year’ by GQ UK following in the footsteps of Heidi Klum and the artist Sam Taylor Wood.
Popular British singer, Lily, the Woman of the Year, has shed her clothes for the photo shoot that appears in the magazine.
The October edition of the magazine pays tribute to the GQ Men of the year 2009, and features not one but three special covers starring Take That, Mickey Rourke and Lily Allen.
Lily told the magazine that she is not ashamed of taking drugs.
She said:
‘I think as long as you’re not being malicious and you’re not hurting people then you should not be ashamed of what you do.
‘I’ve taken drugs. I found them and find them fun and I don’t think I’m a bad person because of it.’

MediaTakeout has gotten a nasty letter from Jamie Foxx’ lawyers claiming that it is indeed him. Other sources, including major press sites, make the same conclusion.

Jamie Foxx has admitted that a nude picture which was leaked on the internet is of him.
The candid image shows the Oscar winning actor standing naked in a bathroom while taking a photo of himself and is said to be in connection with a movie role. Wearing nothing but a black hat, the 41-year-old’s toned physique and full frontal view are clearly on display.
The picture appeared on celebrity website MediaTakeout yesterday, was swiftly removed when a representative for Foxx claimed it was property of the entertainer. Although the photo has been removed from the site, some are predicting another leak could happen next week. A statement on the website said: ‘Well unbeknownst to us – the man in the pic was actually actor Jamie Foxx!! ‘How do we know this?? Cause his lawyers sent us a nasty email claiming that the photo was his property – and that it was taken in connection with a movie role.’
Jamie Foxx was exposed shortly before the weekend started when shots of him in the bathroom playing peak-a-boo with his camera phone hit Media Take Out. Though some speculated over whether or not the shots were real, MTO confirmed that they received notification from Jamie’s lawyer that the pictures were his personal property.

Only days after the latest nude shot featuring actress Vanessa Hudgens, a candid image appeared of the Oscar winning Foxx. The star of candid image shows the Oscar winning actor, 42, standing naked in a bathroom while taking a photograph of himself. Wearing nothing but a black hat, Foxx’s toned physique and full frontal view are on display.
The picture appeared on celebrity website MediaTakeout but was swiftly removed when a representative for Foxx claimed it was property of the entertainer.
“Well unbeknownst to us – the man in the pic was actually actor Jamie Foxx!!,” a statement on the website said. “How do we know this?? Cause his lawyers sent us a nasty email claiming that the photo was his property – and that it was taken in connection with a movie role.”
Apparently, the British papers don’t have to comply with DMCA takedown notices.
Heidi Montag got dirty (literally) for playboy and we’ve got the photos.
Montag has revealed that her dad doesn’t know that she’s this months Playboy cover star.
According to reports, Montag stipulated to Playboy that she wouldn’t show her nipples, bottom or, ahem, anything else to readers. Which (if you ask us) kinda defeats the point of doing a shoot for the mag.
And Spencer’s better half said she put in effort for the pictures.
“I worked out very hard for this,” Heidi explained. “I worked my butt off… and we brought in Matthew Rolston, who is a very well-known, amazing photographer. So, it’s more art.”
In their newest I’d Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur campaign, PETA has chosen Nia Long to pose nude for the cause. Nia says:

David Lipman, a company spokesman, told the Daily Mail the girl’s hand-me-down celebrity status played a role in her getting the gig.

But more than anything, it’s her spirit that captivates me.”
Georgia May told the Mail that her mother has been supportive and has given her modeling tips.

Hayden Panettiere’s new role in the upcoming movie ‘I Love You, Beth Cooper‘ will give fans a lot more to look at than they normally get from watching her cheerleader ‘Heroes’ role.
The 20-year-old actress bares all in her new film, and as she tells People, she has absolutely no problem with it while she’s got youth on her side.
“If I can’t flaunt it at 20, come on! I mean I might as well show it now.”
In the film, Panettiere (also a cheerleader in the movie) has a scene in a high school locker room, where she drops her towel.
“It didn’t bother me much. I think when the person who’s doing it gets all uncomfortable and shy, then it’s other people around who get more uncomfortable because they’re uncomfortable. I mean I was fine – everyone was really professional.”
But like nearly everyone, Panettiere willingly admits that even she has days where she’s not feeling so secure in her physique.
“The older I get, the more comfortable I get with it, but I still have my days where I don’t feel great … and I’m having my fat day where I have to put something baggy on and sweatpants. Or just with the way people perceive me. I have plenty of insecurities.”

A nude photo of ex-model and current French First Lady, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, is going up for sale. And, no, it’s not of the scandalous “stolen camera”/ex-boyfriend variety.
“Carla Bruni in Bed” — a tasteful black and white image captured by the soft and feminine lens of legendary photographer Pamela Hanson in 1994 — depicts the then model with nothing more than white sheets strategically covering her nether regions.
According to The Daily Beast, one of the ten numbered prints went up for auction on June 4 at Villa Grisebach Auktionen, a Berlin auction house, with bids starting at $3,380.
Last year’s Bruni in the buff photo sold for a whopping $91,000 at a New York auction, but this photo didn’t generate quite as much cash, selling for $19,600 to an anonymous bidder.
The real question is whether hubby and French President, Nicolas Sarkozy, was the anonymous bidder. Would he outbid everyone to take home what he gets to see everyday for free?
Opponents – and even some fans – of “The Hills” might think viewers have seen too much of Heidi Montag. But now, it appears people are about to see a lot more.
It was previously reported the reality starlet was in talks with the magazine for a spread. However, when contacted by Access Hollywood, a spokesperson for Playboy said they had no comment on the story.
Heidi and her “Hills” paramour Spencer Pratt tied the knot on April 25 in Pasadena, Calif. The couple then jetted off to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for their honeymoon. However, they cut their trip short due to the Swine Flu epidemic.
Prior to returning home, the couple spoke with Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush about the precautions they were taking while on vacation.
“I have not taken the [surgical] mask off since I was eating my bacon cheeseburger and CNN came on and I absolutely had a heart attack,” Spencer told Billy. “Let’s put it this way. I keep my hands in the sink almost all day just washing them.”
And while some might say stripping down for Playboy is extreme, it’s nothing compared to walking down the aisle, according to Heidi.
“Getting married has been the craziest yet best experience of my life,” she wrote on her Twitter page following her wedding.
