Sources close to the whole Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva dramafest are now saying that there is “hard proof” that Oksana tried to extort more than ten million dollars from Mad Max.
The sources tell TMZ that Oksana demanded a specific amount of money. They didn’t reveal the exact amount, but they say there are emails and other “physical evidence” to prove it.
This doesn’t surprise me one bit, I’ve stated before that I believe Oksana taped those calls specifically to blackmail Mel Gibson. Does it matter now that the general public has labeled Mel a racist woman beater? Probably not.
But I told you so.

Mel Gibson‘s lawyers claim to have hard evidence the tapes Oksana Grigorieva secretly recorded have been tampered with and edited, which, if true, would make them inadmissible in a court of law.
The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department will have to authenticate the tapes before sending the case to the D.A.’s Office, and that could take time.
Mel’s lawyers will be presenting evidence to the Sheriff’s Department and among the evidence they will present — that the tapes have been altered. We’re told Mel’s lawyers will present “concrete forensic evidence” of tampering with the tapes, including editing.
Oksana’s attorneys responded, “We are not aware of any presentation Gibson’s lawyers are making, but we are not surprised they would make such unfounded claims.”
Oksana’s lawyers will be in court this morning asking a family law judge to strip Mel of custody of their daughter, using the tapes as evidence Mel is a danger to the child. The authenticity of the tapes will almost certainly be raised by Mel’s attorneys.
A judge will admit tapes into evidence only if someone can authenticate that the tapes are true and correct copies of what was actually recorded.
It probably doesn’t help with the suspicion department, that Mel’s ex-wife Robyn is now publicly supporting Mel.

Mel Gibson could really use a friend. Especially now that a second tape of his supposedly racist and threatening rants toward his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva has been released.
Whoopi Goldberg is the surprising friend stepping up to defend Mel. On The View, Whoopi stated that she knows Mel Gibson is not a racist, and that alcohol is to be blamed for some of his remarks.
Personally, I think she’s right. I think that Mel Gibson has a drinking problem and severe temper control issues. I believe that Mel gets so angry that he literally has no control over the crap that comes pouring out of his mouth. Does that make him a racist? Nope. It does make him a candidate for some good therapy though. Hell, he can afford it, what could it hurt?
People keep saying that when you’re drunk the “real you” comes out. Blow me, idiots. When I’m drunk I lie my ass off, because I don’t give a damn. I will say anything it takes to accomplish my goals, which generally involve more alcohol and/or getting laid. I think that most people are the same way, but are loath to admit it.
It’s easy to sit back and say “Oh, Mel Gibson was drunk when he said those things so the real Mel is a racist that threatens women.” The people that say that are the same people that will use the old “I was so drunk last night, I don’t remember what happened, but it surely wasn’t me!” excuse. Hypocritical douchebags.
Mel Gibson is full of crazy, but that’s not the real problem. The real problem that I see here is his media whore ex-girlfriend leaking the tapes all over the internet as payback for her failed extortion attempt. Look how calm she is on the tapes. She played the man like a fiddle. It’s well known already that she made the tapes without his knowledge and then attempted to sell them to him for an exorbitant amount of money, but is anyone talking about that?
Nope.
She waited six months to contact police over the alleged ass whipping given to her by Mel, but is anyone talking about that?
Nope.
Why isn’t anyone talking about Oksana Grigorieva and her obvious plan to destroy Mel’s career and life? Why isn’t anyone asking questions about the greedy bitch?

Well,I just said earlier today that the audio recordings of Mel Gibson arguing with Oksana Grigorieva were bound to be unleashed upon the internet, and here is the first one.
In it, Mel sounds a bit unhappy with his little Russian gold digger. Maybe this conversation took place right after he realized that he gave up his family for a conniving little fame whore? Whatever the reason, he’s pissed. And he hates her fake boobs.

Oksana Grigorieva is out for blood. She is now claiming that Mel Gibson once threatened her with a gun.
The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department is now investigating Mel for alleged domestic battery, assault with a deadly weapon and child endangerment. Some sources claim that law enforcement personal have some serious concerns about Oksana’s credibility, though.
Mell Gibson supposedly has emails and other evidence showing that Oksana “tried to extract money from Mel in return for the tapes.” The tapes in question are several recordings that Oksana made of Mel during heated arguments over the phone. Oksana had been in contact with civil lawyers and judges while negotiating a visitation policy for the couple’s child over a period of six months, but never once contacted police about the alleged abuse during that time.
I think it’s quite likely that the evil bitch has been planning to extort Mel for quite some time. She taped their arguments and then threatened to ruin his career if he didn’t hand over millions. Looks like he didn’t hand over a ton of cash, and she followed through with her threat.
People say things when they’re pissed off, things they normally wouldn’t say. I’ll take the snippits we keep getting from the supposed recordings of his phone calls with a grain of salt until they are released. And you better believe they’re going to be released. That vindictive little twat is going to do anything she can to mess with Mel until she gets what she wants.
Now before I get any comments from outraged women saying that I’m standing up for a dude who abused his ex, remember two things…
One, there is no proof whatsoever that he ever laid a hand on her. Who waits until their wounds are completely healed and there is not one bit of physical evidence to support you to file a report with the police?
Two, somebody was nice enough to let you out of the kitchen to use the computer. Don’t waste the time that you have making hateful comments to bloggers.
Mel Gibson has pretty much offended every group of people on the planet in one way or another, so why not throw another group in. This time he has decided to upset Latino people.
During one of his recorded arguments with Oksana Grigorieva he is heard complaining about one of his Latin employees and then decides to throw in the “wetback” word.
“I will report her to the f**king people that take f**king money from the wetbacks.”
Who else is next for him to offend? We will probably find out who is next on his list tomorrow when a new tape is heard. I can’t wait for these Mel Gibson tapes to be released, I’m surprised it’s taking them so long to surface on the internet.

A second portion of the original tape allegedly has Oksana asking Mel,
“What kind of a man is that who would hit a woman when she is holding a child in her hands, hitting her twice in the face? What kind of a man is that?”
To which Mel apparently responded,
“You know what… you f*cking deserved it.”
Now, I don’t know if she really deserved it or not. Chances are she refused to wear the Nazi lingerie that Mel bought her for those rare occasions when he let her out of the kitchen, which really pissed Mr. Gibson the hell off. I can understand lashing out when your woman won’t do as she’s told.
Just don’t ever admit to it, dude. Especially not on tape.

Apparently Jew-bashing isn’t enough for inappropriate outburst prone actor Mel Gibson. In a recorded call to his ex, Oksana Grigorieva, Gibson is heard screaming,
“You look like a f*king pig in heat and if you get raped by a pack of ni**ers it will be your fault.”
The tape was secretely recorded by Oksana during their rocky breakup, and has been submitted to the judge presiding over their upcoming custody case. Mel can also be heard on the tape calling Oksana a “whore” and a “c**t.”
I don’t know if bad language and racism are enough to lose a custody case, but it sure doesn’t help his credibility in Hollywood.
Oksana Grigorieva planted the scandal seed, when asked questions about her sudden split from Mel Gibson during a press conference in Moscow on Monday — her first outing since splitting with the actor last week.
While in her native country to announce a concert for the “Give a Life” charity, the Russian pianist gave a brief explanation about the breakup with Gibson, 54, who is father to her daughter Lucia, 5 months.
“I can tell you that..we have split up, suddenly and recently. Unfortunately, I cannot give you the reason. But you will find out everything quite soon.
Here is the official version: We split up by mutual consent and we will raise our daughter together. She is currently with my mother in my Los Angeles home.”
Ah yes… the truth will come out soon. We’ve all been here before with celebs, right before the scandal breaks.
Another casualty of the breakup? A hammer-and-sickle (i.e. the communist symbol) tattoo on the singer’s ankle, which Gibson had suggested for her. Grigorieva confirmed to reporters that she is removing the stamp.

Mel Gibson isn’t wasting anytime with his girlfriend’s singing career. Less than a month after Oksana Grigorieva released a video for her first song ‘Say My Name,’ she is back with another one.
‘Beautiful Heartache‘ was directed by Gibson during a seven-day shoot in Mexico and features one heated tango.
Grigorieva, 39, is expecting her first child with Gibson in late fall and also plans to release her debut album this year under Gibson’s record label Icon Entertainment.
Mel Gibson‘s girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, is pregnant with his child.
Sources say Gibson has already told his estranged wife, Robyn, and their children about the news. We’re told Oksana is in her second trimester.
Robyn filed for divorce on April 13.
By the way, Oksana is living in a house Mel got for her. And guess what else? Until recently, Oksana was living in a house purchased by songwriter/producer David Foster, with whom she also had a relationship.
