The list ranks royals according to power, measured by international Web and media presence and family wealth.
Forbes only considered unmarried royals between 18 and 35 years old.
Prince William
The eldest son of Prince Charles and Princess Diana again ranks at No. 1 on Forbes’ list. While the British royal family has considerable wealth, the prince’s place is primarily attributed to his international popularity and the media’s habit of chronicling his every move.
Prince Harry
Prince Harry, younger brother of William, is the more rebellious of the two, at least according to the press. He attracts constant attention for antics usually involving bar hopping and alcohol.
Zara Phillips
Zara Phillips, the 27-year- old known for her riding skills, is 12th in line to the throne. Phillips is the only daughter of Princess Anne and Mark Phillips. She was slated to ride in Beijing last summer, but was forced to withdraw after her horse Toytown was injured.
Princess Beatrice
The 20-year-old daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah, Duchess of York is known for her fiery mane and her famous friends (Madonna and Victoria Beckham, among others).
Charlotte Casiraghi
Charlotte is the only daughter born to Caroline of Monaco and granddaughter of Grace Kelly. She attracts attention for her good looks, as well as her taste.
The third in line to the throne, Prince Harry was snapped wearing a bra and downing beer on yet another boozy night out.
This isn’t all the crazy going on, Prince Harry was recently caught wearing pink nail polish.
Ruddy-faced Harry, 24, is shown in today’s Sunday Mirror clutching a beer can and wearing a wig, bracelet and freaking bra – at a gathering of the secret uppercrust TT Society.
The elitist society devotes itself to drinking – so Harry fits like a glove. As well as getting in touch with his feminine side, the prince also proudly wore his light blue and gold tie – given to members of the TT only after a special initiation ceremony.
One member said:
“The TT is very secretive and has strong links with the military and Oxford Brookes University – where a lot of the members met.
You have to be recommended for membership – and Harry fits the criteria perfectly because he loves being in the forces and getting p***ed.
Drinking is a massive part of the TT – events revolve around alcohol, where members drink until they throw up.”
The TT – originally a men only club – was opened up to women five years ago and now has 2,000 members, with its own Facebook page.
Member Alexander posted a note saying TT was about “naked roundabouts, tequila omlette, cider double vodkas, alcohol, loyalty… Guaranteed to make friends for life”.
Britain’s Prince Harry and his Zimbabwe-born girlfriend Chelsy Davy, 23, are calling it quits after five years.
The 24-year-old prince parted amicably with Davy, a post-graduate law student at Leeds University, three weeks after the couple spent a romantic holiday together in the Indian Ocean nation of Mauritius.
“They are remaining friends. There have been all sorts of reasons given [for the split] but suffice it to say they felt that it had run its course.”
The pair met through mutual friends in 2004 and conducted a long-distance relationship for three years while Davy studied at a university in Cape Town, South Africa, and Harry was enrolled at Britain’s Sandhurst military academy.
Last week, Harry – who recently came under fire for uttering racist comments caught on videotape – began a new phase of his military career, a 2½-year course with the Army Air Corps in helicopter pilot training.
Royal rebel Prince Harry today stands accused of racism in a bombshell home video as he swaggers in front of his army comrades.
Britain’s Prince Harry issued a public apology Saturday after a British newspaper published video footage of him using offensive and racist language.
The News of The World reported that Harry, third in line to the British throne, used offensive terms to refer to people from Pakistan and people of Arab descent.
Harry, who is an army lieutenant in the Household Cavalry’s Blues and Royals, is purported to have made the remarks in 2006 in an airport departure lounge as soldiers waited to travel to Cyprus for training exercises.
The newspaper said in a statement that in the video, Harry referred to one colleague as “our little paki friend” _ using a derogatory term for people of Pakistani origin.
It reported that he called another cadet _ who was wearing a headscarf _ a “raghead.” The newspaper said that the video was filmed by other cadets and supplied to the newspaper.
St. James’s Palace _ the office of Harry and his elder brother Prince William _ said on Saturday that Harry was sorry for any offense caused by his use of the word “paki.”
“Prince Harry fully understands how offensive this term can be, and is extremely sorry for any offense his words might cause,” spokesman Patrick Harrison said in a statement.
“However, on this occasion three years ago, Prince Harry used the term without any malice and as a nickname about a highly popular member of his platoon. There is no question that Prince Harry was in any way seeking to insult his friend.”
Harrison said that Harry had used the other offensive term to refer to either the Taliban or Iraqi insurgents.
“Neither the army nor the armed forces tolerates inappropriate behavior in any shape or form,” Britain’s defense ministry said in a statement Saturday. “The Army takes all allegations of inappropriate behavior very seriously and all substantive allegations are investigated.”
The ministry said no complaint had been raised against Harry over his comments. “We are not aware of any complaint having been made by the individual,” the ministry’s statement said.

Last year, Harry served with the British Army in Afghanistan for 10 weeks. He was withdrawn from the combat zone after his deployment, a closely guarded secret, became public.
Harry has previously acknowledged drinking underage and smoking marijuana. In January 2005, he apologized after being pictured in a newspaper at a costume party dressed as a Nazi, complete with a swastika armband.
We all know Paris Hilton likes to think of herself as royalty, but it seems Prince’s William and Harry don’t think too highly of her.
According to reports Hilton arrived in the Whisky Mist’s VIP area around 2 a.m., she found Princes Harry and William also there.
But, when Paris headed over to Harry’s table where he was sitting with two male friends, he snubbed her, the British newspaper reported.
‘It was quite funny to watch,” one onlooker told the Daily Mail. “Harry clearly didn’t want to speak to her but she did a sexy dance in front of him and he finally stood up to shake her hand. He then just wandered off, and Paris looked a bit annoyed.”
After being dissed by one royal prince she moved on to his brother William, where she repeated her dance routine, and pulled his attention away from the blonde girl he had been talking to, the newspaper reported.
Hilton snatched an open seat next to him, but the Daily Mail reported William left shortly after.

Gay men would rather date Prince Harry than his brother William, according to a poll.
More than a third those questioned expressed a desire for a romance with Harry, while William received 23 per cent of the vote. A third of the single gay men said they would steer clear of both.
William’s girlfriend Kate Middleton was named as the most lusted after royal date among the nation’s lesbians.
The Prince Charming poll was conducted by dating website gay-PARSHIP.com and found that 23 per cent of lesbians wanted to date Miss Middleton compared with just 18 per cent who wanted to get close to Chelsy Davy.
Five per cent said they would date both the girls but more than half said they did not fancy either.
Adrian Gillan, spokesman for gay-PARSHIP, said: “This fraught romantic vote suggests divided royal loyalties.
“Indeed, many gay male singles are so torn they say they would need to date both our young princes, whose female love interests prove only slightly less of a queer pull.
“Being part of an inclusive, modern monarchy, William and Harry will be delighted that they and their close circle can arouse such strong emotions from Britain’s homosexual subjects.
