Rachel Uchitel managed to get $10 million from Tiger Woods to keep her mouth shut, and now that same mouth has cost her exactly the same amount.
Woods allegedly paid $10 million to Uchitel after she signed a confidentiality agreement promising to keep his name off of her tongue for the rest of her life. She didn’t. She went on Celebrity Rehab and blabbed.
Rachel’s lawyer Gloria Allred advised her to give whatever is left of the $10 million back to Tiger, because they’d lose in court.
Now Rachel is preparing to sue Allred, the lawyer who struck the deal, allegedly because Gloria sold her out for money. (Gloria’s deal included keeping all of her attorney’s fees)
Gloria issued this statement to TMZ:
“Our law firm no longer represents Ms. Uchitel and we have no comment on this story at this time. However, we are confident that we have always acted appropriately and in her best interests.”
This woman is laughable.

There will be no nude pix of mistress Rachel Uchitel in Hef mag thanks to Tiger Woods!
RadarOnline.com reports the potent putter himself Tiger Woods thwarted his ex-mistress Rachel Uchitel’s $300,000 payday to appear nude in Playboy, by threatening to overturn her multi-million dollar payoff settlement with him.
Cause for Tigers’ alarm? Playboy not only want to showcase Uchitel on the cover but directly mention Tiger’s name.
Uchitel was ready to strip for action and even received a contract worth $300,000, but then Tiger objected, nixing the deal with the Hef mag.
Had Uchitel gone forward with the men’s magazine shoot she was to appear “totally naked except her pubic area,” the source close to the snitch revealed
“Rachel tried everything to make that magazine spread happen,” the source added.
But alas, Uchitel’s attorneys said: “Rumors that Rachel Uchitel will be appearing in Playboy have been circulating. Those rumors are false.
“Rachel will not be appearing in Playboy.”

Rachel Uchitel has signed a deal to get naked for Playboy Magazine — but there’s a full-frontal catch.
When asked about a Playboy offer on Friday, Rachel avoided the question, but TMZ has discovered that Tiger Woods’ #1 mistress has already struck an agreement. A source said Rachel has the right to pull out any time before the shoot goes down — which is in three weeks.

Here we go again.
Before she was banging the crap out of Tiger Woods, Rachel Uchitel was spreading her legs for another married celeb. That celebrity is Bones star David Boreanaz. In text messages released today by RadarOnline, the whore to the stars goes by the name of “Puma” and she seems to be a bit a crazy bitch.
Boreanaz’s wife, Jaime Bergman, was pregnant with their second child at the time of the affair, which makes David Boreanaz a pretty classy guy. In one set of messages, Uchitel goes all ragefest on David when he won’t go to NY to see her:
Puma: “I need you here so we can be together.”
DB (holy crap, his initials work out so that I don’t have to type douchebag): “This is not a good time.”
Puma: “I can’t do this anymore…Just go. Just (bleeping) go and be with her.â€

Well it took long enough but Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren‘s lawyers are currently locked away in their dungeons working on a financial and custody agreement as they head for divorce.
Apparently they both want to keep the divorce quiet so don’t be surprised if one day they just announce they are officially divorce, they both say that the most important thing is the kids and making sure they have joint custody.
Elin might file for divorce in Sweden, where she wants to move and take the kids with her, but wherever they file they both want to keep the custody and financial agreement out of the court file so nobody knows what he is paying her.
The only problem that is causing some issues is that Tiger wants to make sure he can go to court straight away if she violates her terms to the custody agreement and he wants to be able to go to either a courtroom in Sweden or the US.
To be honest, I had kind of forgotten about this whole Tiger Woods fiasco because there hasn’t been any big updates recently and then everyone else started to be caught out cheating. Note for future Hollywood scandals – stay low and people will forget about you when the next scandal hits the following week. Back on topic – I just hope Elin Nordegren gets more than the $10 million Rachel Uchitel did.

Here we go again, another day another cheater, everytime I log on to the internet I’m expecting to find out who is the latest Hollywood star to either be caught cheating or admit to it. This time David Boreanaz has admitted to cheating on his wife.
David admitted that he cheated on his wife of 9 years, Jaime Bergman, with a woman he refused to name. But apparently this woman is none other than Tiger Woods’ first mistress, Rachel Uchitel, and the reason he came clean isn’t to clear his conscious but because she was trying to blackmail him.
David told People, “Our marriage has been tainted with my infidelities, I just want to be open and honest. I was irresponsible. I was associated with a woman who I was involved with and had a relationship with. She asked for money. I felt as though I was being blackmailed or there was some sort of extortion. We’re working on our marriage. We’re working on repairing what has been damaged so badly.”
At first it was unknown who the woman was other than she was was represented by Gloria Allred, who represents all these women, but now Radar Online confirm it is indeed Uchitel. Apparently the two started sleeping together when his wife was pregnant. But that’s not all, they also say there is a second woman he had an affair with.
Seriously what the hell is up with all these people cheating and getting caught? I wonder if David Boreanaz will be the new Tiger Woods or Jesse James and have tons of women come forward.

Rachel Uchitel may have the reputation as a home-wrecking slut for the rest of her life but another thing she has is a whopping $10 million from Tiger Woods to keep her mouth shut.
As soon as the whole cheating scandal broke out Rachel’s lawyer, Gloria Allred, announced that she would be holding a press conference to address all the rumors but this conference was called off at the last minute. We now know the reason for this, because Tiger’s team offered her a whopping $10 million to keep shush.
Sources tell TMZ that the overall settlement could fluctuate $1 million up or down depending on future circumstances but negotiations start off at $10 million. Rachel is getting the most money out of all the mistresses, some got a few hundred thousand while others got nothing, because she knows so many sordid details and stories that Tiger is desperate for her to keep quiet.
This means that if Elin Nordegren does decide to divorce his ass then she would walk away with no less than $20 million plus support for the future, apparently the rumors that she could get $300 million under the pre-nup are ridiculous.
I would love to know what Rachel Uchitel knows about Tiger Woods. I’m guessing it’s something along the lines of him taking his golf club and sticking it up his ass, or something like that.
