Bar Refaeli, the Israeli supermodel and Leonardo DiCarprio’s girlfriend is rumored to be the 2008 cover model for the 2008 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue.
Here is a sneak peek into the 2008 swimsuit issue:
How the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue came about?
In the winter of 1964, Sports Illustrated magazine was in its usual sales slump. So the editorial staff at S.I. decided to try something new.
Babette Marche, a model in a racy (for the time) bikini was splashed across the cover for their new February issue and - surprise! - the edition was almost an instant sellout.
Soon, hot-blooded sports fans by the millions were waiting at mailboxes for delivery of the Sports llustrated Swimsuit Issue in an annual winter tradition.
Almost single-handedly, Sports Illustrated had launched the Era of the Supermodel - giving rise to the careers of Tyra Banks, Christie Brinkley, Rachel Hunter, Elle Macpherson and Kathy Ireland (to name only a few) who have since graced the cover.
The 2006 landmark “topless” cover featured models Veronica Varekova, Elle Macpherson, Rebecca Romijn, Rachel Hunter, Daniela Pestova, Elsa Benitez, Carolyn Murphy and Yamila Diaz.
Inside, Heidi Klum was the featured photo spread and, (just to keep it fairly legit as a sports issue), tennis pro Maria Sharapova also appeared in the lower right hand corner over the sub-headline, “…As You’ve Never Seen Her.

Like I really need to say more. This is more for the photos of Rebecca undressing herself. But in case you care the photos are from her latest modeling gig for the La Perla Lingerie ads. I know right now you probably aren’t even reading anymore. So…blah, blah, blah boobies…I bet I got your attention again. But seriously on to the photos.

With celebrities-turned-fashion designers currently basking in the pop culture spotlight, let’s visit the model-turned-actor’s.
Despite some high profile flops (Cindy Crawford in ‘Fair Game‘, anyone?), there seems to be an endless supply of leggy lovelies dreaming of snagging an Oscar.
LILY COLE
One look at this flame-haired, porcelain-skinned catwalker, and it’s clear that she was destined to play Alice in Wonderland. But given his recent predilection for teenage girls, we can’t help wondering about the wisdom of signing up for the role under the direction of cultural provocateur Marilyn Manson. Still, Cole already has one film project under her belt, playing a schoolgirl in the upcoming St. Trinian’s, co-starring Rupert Everett and Colin Firth and based on a popular British cartoonist’s anarchic vision of boarding school life. And if she can survive the cutthroat fashion world, an aging shock rocker should be, well, child’s play.

GEMMA WARD
The credit for this in-demand model’s role in the upcoming horror movie The Strangers, starring fellow sometimes mannequin, Liv Tyler, is a stroke of pure irony (unwittingly, if we know Hollywood). The face that launched a hundred fashion spreads is listed simply as “Masked Stranger,” although we can’t imagine that the director will be able to keep this wide-eyed lovely under wraps entirely.

GISELE BUNDCHEN
Behind-the-scenes fashion folk have raved about the down-to-earth sense of humor of this arguably most super of supermodels for years, so it’s no surprise that her most memorable film role to date (we’ll forget Taxi, as we hope she has) was as an acid-tongued fashion assistant in the tongue-in-chic blockbuster The Devil Wears Prada. We have to give credit to anyone who has held her own against Mark Wahlberg AND a hairy ape (Warren did both in Tim Burton’s widely-panned Planet of the Apes remake). Still, the former synchronized swimmer has largely fallen off the radar in recent years, except as a pillow-lipped fantasy figure in the minds of devoted male fans.

CHRISTIE BRINKLEY
That killer smile, that killer car. Brinkley zoomed into every adolescent boy’s dreams thanks to a high profile cameo as “the girl in the Ferrari” in the comedy classic National Lampoon’s Vacation, but these days she’s more likely to be found tooling around her beloved Hamptons—and holding her head up in the aftermath of a nasty divorce—than appearing at a theater near you. REBECCA ROMIJN
Hate her or love her, it appears that Rebecca Romijn, actress, is here to stay. Fusing her smoldering swimsuit model physique with a goofy girl next door charm, the former Mrs. Full House has emerged with a full-fledged second career that’s fast outstripping (pun intended) her Victoria’s Secret heyday.

CLAUDIA SCHIFFER
She spoofed herself in Zoolander and took on a bit more of a stretch in filmmaker James Toback’s controversial exploration of race relations, Black and White, but at the end of the day this Teutonic supermodel’s most absorbing role is playing mom to children, Caspar and Clementine.

MILLA JOVOVICH
This sharp-cheekboned Slavic stunner has carved out a niche for herself on the other side of the catwalk, as half of the design team behind hipster label Jovovich-Hawk, but she’s played a pretty convincing alien in her day (in former flame’s Luc Besson’s fantastical The Fifth Element), and she’s set to return to the silver screen this fall as the star of the latest installment of the horror-sci-fi series Resident Evil.

CINDY CRAWFORD
Internationally recognized as one of the original core supermodels, Cindy Crawford seemed to have been “marked” for commercial success. Just not in the film/television category. She started off strong with the George Michael “Freedom 90″ video, and the hot Pepsi commercials in the mid-’90s, but when she tried her hand at film (the forgettable Fair Game), her star quickly fizzled out.

ELLE MACPHERSON
This eternal amazon’s lingerie empire is now her central focus, but back in the late ‘90s “The Body” made a genuine stab at movie stardom, showing up in such diverse films as the sophisticated sex-drenched comedy Sirens, opposite Hugh Grant, and the bloated big budget flop Batman and Robin.

NAOMI CAMPBELL
Her frenzy-inducing public service stint was more entertaining than anything we’ve seen in theaters in years, so here’s hoping that this tempestuous fashion icon harnesses even an iota of her naturally dramatic mojo for her rumored upcoming movie project.

And… the ONLY MALE…
ASHTON KUTCHER, Yes… he was first a model!
No exploration of the model-turned-actor phenomenon would be complete without Demi Moore’s favorite accessory. Despite attempts at scaling the dramatic A-list, former Calvin Klein model Kutcher is still best known for playing dim-witted Kelso on the long-running sitcom That ‘70s Show and for playing practical jokes on fellow celebrities on his reality show Punk’d. Oh, and of course for being, like, the best stepdad EVER!

It’s not unusual for Scarlett Johansson to receive loads of compliments on her ample chest. But the level of appreciation reached a new high at this year’s Golden Globes when fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi couldn’t help but reach out and touch the 21-year-old’s assets during a red-carpet interview. While Scarlett dealt with the groping well, she was understandably surprised: “Mostly, I was thinking, ‘Oh, my God. This is happening on live TV!’ ”
- Scarlett loves her breasts, but she isn’t too showy. “I house them in a tasteful way,” she says.
#2 Jessica is beautifully proportioned
As a teenager, Jessica Simpson developed early. “My boobs were bigger than all my friends’,” she reveals. But after feeling pressure to lose weight in order to make it in the music business, Jessica’s breasts shrank. “When I was on the Atkins diet, they got really small, like a B-cup, which was crazy. I wasn’t used to it.” Now, the 25-year-old star says she couldn’t be happier with her current proportions: “They’re just perfect!”
- “I have amazing boobs,” says Jessica.
Few would argue. The rest of the top ten are as follows:
3) Salma Hayek
4) Halle Berry
5) Jessica Alba
6) Tyra Banks
7) Jennifer Love Hewitt
8) Rebecca Romijn
9) Lindsay Lohan.
10) Brittany Murphy
These women are all quite good looking and all are reasonably well endowed. But I’m not sure I’d put Halle Berry in the top ten, let alone at number four.
ASL thinks Lohan will be even madder at Johansson after this shellacking.
After all the recent hubbub about the kinky sex lives of X-Men actresses Halle Berry, Rebecca Romijn, and Anna Paquin (actually, there’s nothing kinky about Paquin’s sex life that I’m aware of, but that doesn’t mean we’re not talking about it) it turns out Fantastic 4 star Jessica Alba has a whipped cream fetish.
In the midst of a wide-ranging interview, wherein she notes that she plans to see “X-Men 3,” reveals that “Fantastic Four 2″ starts shooting in August, and that her “character, Susan Storm, has another love triangle and may use a power people haven’t seen before,” we get this stunning revelation:
I like whipped cream a lot. I’ll put whipped cream on anything.
Now, granted, this is in response to the question, “You always look awesome. How do you keep those Alba abs?” It could simply be construed as a dietary tip and nothing kinky. But, work with me here people, it could be much more provocative than that.
Also, we learn that,
Bikinis are more flattering on my body. I wore jean shorts to the beach when I was a teenager. I was an insecure teenager and a born-again Christian hanging out with a group of kids that made me feel bad about showing my body. But I learned I shouldn’t be ashamed of what God gave me.
So, she’s an exhibitionist with a whipped cream fetish. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
In light of recent posts on the kinky sex lives of X-Men actresses Rebecca Romijn and Halle Berry, I decided to explore to other mutant hotties to see what I could unearth. So far, I have found no kinky sex stories involving Anna Paquin. The closest I can find is a recent NY Post interview subtitled, “Paquin takes her ‘Stand’ as a lust action hero.”
Anna Paquin didn’t have a wardrobe malfunction filming “X Men: The Last Stand,” opening today - though that doesn’t mean she slipped seamlessly into her superhero costume. “The suits are actually not designed to move,” says Paquin of the shrink-wrapped quality of the leather cat suit she wears as Rogue, the sexy young mutant who can suck the life force from anyone who touches her. “The problem is … you have ladies who look like sex symbols, but are also supposed to kick ass. It’s tough to accommodate both.” So the actress, 23, who won an Oscar at age 11 for her first film, 1993’s “The Piano,” took matters into her own hands. “They were constantly replacing things [on the costume] with elastic,” she says with a laugh.
There are several double entendres there for the fantasy minded. This is also mildly hot, in a teenage angst sorta way:
“X-Men” fans sure have an appreciation for Paquin, despite her character’s touch-me-and-die power. At a recent appearance at a comic-book store, [co-star Ben] Foster [who played "Angel"] says the young guys who turned up for autographs and photos didn’t mind Rogue’s mutant drawback. “They’d all want to die getting it on with Rogue,” says Foster. “That’s the way to go.”
It seems that Rebecca Romijn is not the only X-Men actress with a kinky sex life. Halle Berry told a national television audience–or, at least, the portion of it up in the middle of the night watching Conan O’Brien–that she liked to take her Storm costume home and wear it while getting it on with her man.
You’d have thought money and success were benefits enough for an Oscar-winning actress…
Apparently not so for Halle Berry.
For her, it’s all about the kinky costumes. And it’s not just wearing them on set that she likes; she prefers to take them home and include them in her sex life. The saucy minx revealed to US chat show host Conan O’Brien that her tight, rubber X-Men costume works quite well in the bedroom. “Yeah, I wear it sometimes. You gotta keep your life spiced up. “Storm never has sex in the movies - but Storm has a lotta sex at my house.”
And the lucky chap who gets to partake? Halle’s model boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry - they’ve been dating since meeting on a Versace shoot in November 2005.
It’s sad to think that there are guys out there who need Halle Berry to put on a costume to get turned on. I don’t know whether to pity him or envy him. Since he’s been sleeping with Halle Berry for seven months, I’m leaning toward the latter.
At any rate, Phil makes a point when he wonders, “Okay, they couldn’t have written a scene like that for Halle in the movie? No, we had to sit through all her boring monologues, and ridiculous spinning around.” He’s got more Berry photos of her in and out of her Storm costume–although she’s not naked or having hot mutant sex in any of them.
The reviews are rolling in for “X-Men 3: The Last Stand.” It sounds very much as if fans of the first two movies will want to go see it and others will want to stay home.
The action was great, but there was still a lot of the character development, and pacing that made the first two movies what they were. Story-wise, this movie takes a lot of chances, and they pay off, big time. Sure, there were a few cheesey lines, but they were few and far between, and the best characters are still the best characters.
Hugh Jackman as Wolverine was as good as ever, Ian McKellen once again kicks ass as Magneto, and no one can replace Patrick Stewart as Professor Charles Xavier. Even Halle Berry as Storm finally got her moment to shine, though the lameness of the character was hard to overcome, so it’s not really her fault, though, she could have tried to bring a little more life to it. New characters like Kitty Pryde played by Ellen Page, Juggernaut played by Vinnie Jones, and, of course, Kelsey Grammer as Dr. Hank McCoy (aka Beast) were great additions that added new life to the series. There were also a ton of secondary mutant characters that were pretty cool too.
I’m not going to spoil any plot points for you, but I will say this: Stay till the end. Stay past the end. After the credits there’s an extra scene that you don’t want to miss. Trust me.
Gary Farber has an impressive collection of the early reviews from the trades.
CPG has a collection of premier party photos featuring the cleavage of Halle Berry and Rebecca Romijn. Here’s a more tame shot with Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellar . . . and Halle Berry’s cleavage.
LifeStyle Extra has a fascinating article entitled, “Rebecca Romijn loves X-rated sex” in today’s edition.
Rebecca Romijn has told how she loves X-rated sex - and gets turned on by playing a dominatrix. The ‘X-Men’ beauty - who plays mutant Mystique in the sci-fi series - also says she’s happiest when she’s stark naked. She is quoted in Britain’s News of the World newspaper as saying: “I love to be nude and I love sex. “Being a dominatrix in the bedroom, sex in cars and in public places all turn me on. And I love fantasising about being naked on an island with lots of other naked people.”
The actress, who is engaged to ‘Sliders’ star Jerry O’Connell - also revealed her biggest turn-on is having her ears kissed. She said: “Having them kissed turns me on like nothing else. They’re easily my most erogenous zone.”
Given that her fans love her nude and want to have sex with her, this is quite a fortunate happenstance.
Here are some semi-nude Romijn photos:
She can be found nude elsewhere without excessive difficulty.
Brett Ratner, director of “X-Men: The Last Stand,” might not be dating her at the moment, but he seems to have a thing for 19-year-old Lindsay Lohan. “I’ve shot a lot of guys - I want to shoot some girls,” the 37-year-old Ratner told Lowdown at a party celebrating his other career as a portrait photographer. “Mariah Carey is like the only woman I’ve shot. I want to shoot some women. Halle Berry would be cool. And Lindsay Lohan.”
Ratner added that what he’d really like to do is photograph them naked. “I’d like to shoot the Pirelli calendar. Wouldn’t that be awesome? Hot!” Ratner gushed, referring to the famed calendar featuring nudes.

Speaking of women in their birthday suits, he had nothing but praise for “X-Men” star Rebecca Romijn: “She was naked, and she looked great in the blue makeup.”
I’ve never seen Halle Berry or Lindsay Lohan nude and painted blue before, but I’m sure they’d look okay.
