The death of Gary Coleman came as a surprise. The fact that the woman who murde… um, married him is batshit crazy is not a surprise at all.
Coleman filed a restraining order against Shannon Price under the names John Doe VS. Jane Doe, which is why it has taken so long to surface. He wanted the restraining order because Price kept moving back into the house when he was hospitalized.
In the restraining order, Coleman wrote:
“[Shannon Price] has shown a tendency to damage, destroy and steal my property and I believe she will continue to do so in my absence and while she is trespassing in my home.
“I believe if she is given any warning of this pending order to require her to immediately vacate the home, she will cause more damage and destroy more irreplaceable memorabilia, documents, personal papers and other such valuables.
“I would therefore ask the Court to issue this order ex parte requiring her removal from the home and restraining her from going upon the premises of my home under any circumstances.”
This order was filed on February 19th, just a few months before Gary Coleman “fell” and hit his head, resulting in the chilling 911 call from Shannon where she states that she can not be in the same room with her heavily bleeding husband. She then quickly pulled the plug on her husband, ignoring the document he had signed saying that he wanted to be kept on life support. Then she took pictures beside him as he lay dying, and one of his corpse for good measure. Oh, and let’s not forget the paid interviews that she did less than 24 hours after his death, proclaiming what a loving, wonderful wife she was.
Why the hell isn’t the nutbar being investigated for murder? Seriously.

Niki Cloyd, Jack Osbourne‘s 24 year old ex, has been arrested for allegedly keying the crap out of Jack’s $250,000 Aston Martin yesterday. Jackie boy doesn’t think that she’s going to stop at vandalism.
Osbourne filed a request in L.A. County Superior Court earlier today seeking a restraining order against his nutty ex, stating:
“[Niki Cloyd] is apparently in a state of unpredictable rage, and I fear that she intends to do further harm to me or to my property … [She] went through my telephone text messages, my private computer files, and flew into a rage, destroying property in my home.”
The judge rejected his request, saying that there was insufficient evidence for a restraining order, but she did suggest that Jack not allow Cloyd back into his house. Of course, if it were the other way around, the judge would have most likely granted a restraining order against Osbourne for looking at the bitch weird. Gotta love double standards in the justice system.
I wonder what Niki saw in his text messages and emails that made her wig the eff out? How many bimbos are going to come out over the next several days saying that they’ve been boffing Jack Osbourne?

You know those tape recordings between Lindsay Lohan‘s family that have been leaking recently? Well it seems that Michael Lohan could end up in jail because of them.

According to TMZ, Michael who has been leaking them (he says he is trying to help Lindsay) could be going to jail because he wasn’t legally allowed to be on the phone to Dina Lohan.
You see a court in Nassau County, New York, granted Dina a restraining order back in 2005 against Michael that ordred him not to communicate her by phone or email until 2011. This is a problem for Michael because the tapes were apparently made in 2008.
Dina Lohan‘s lawyers are already on the case, because they have allegedly got in touch with the Nassau County District Attorney to investigate the tapes. If convicted, Michael Lohan could see himself back behind bars.

Verne Troyer (Mini-Me) was recently served a temporary restraining order on behalf of drop dead stunner Yvette Monet. According to Monet, she and Troyer used to date, but broke up several months ago.
Now she claims to be afraid for her life, because like some rampaging Chucky doll, Verne just won’t leave her alone. She also claims that he has a gun, which I find hilarious, because I don’t know of any handguns that he could actually pull the trigger on. A rifle or shotgun is an even more side splitting possibility.
According to Yvette (who I must assume really, really loved her Cabbage Patch Dolls as a child), Troyer has been calling her and text messaging her with threats, telling her that his friends “Burt” and “Jose” have guns and will do anything that he tells them to.
This is ridiculous.
Do people actually believe that some psychotic little Muppet has the power to convince not one but two (ahem) “full grown” men to do his bidding? Unlikely.
Verne Troyer is best known for his role as Mini-Me in the Austin Powers films and for his drunken ridiculousness on the VH1 scumfest The Surreal Life, however some people know him as the little gnome that made a sex tape with former live in girlfriend Renae Shrider. Yuck.

Well connected sources are reporting that Lindsay Lohan is “devastated” after learning members of Sam Ronson‘s family are taking steps towards getting a restraining order against Lindsay.
After the story broke the story that Sam’s mother and sister went to a Beverly Hills police station yesterday asking questions about the restraining order process, sources reported that Lindsay has been an emotional wreck — crying uncontrollably.
We’re also told Sam has cut off all communication with Lohan — and that Lindsay isn’t handling it well. In fact, we’re told people close to Lindsay are worried she “might lash out.”

Kirsten Dunst has filed a restraining order against an alleged stalker.
In a declaration in the restraining order against 25-year-old Christopher Richard Smith, Dunst states:
“Mr. Smith has repeatedly shown up uninvited at my place of residence in Los Angeles, going so far as to ignore police warnings, bypass my personal security measures, trespass on my property, and attempt to gain entry into my home.
Mr. Smith’s sudden, aggressive, and harassing efforts to contact me are extremely frightening. I fear not only for my own personal safety, but also for the safety and well being of my housemate and assistant.”
A private security guard adds in his own declaration that it is his understanding that after repeatedly ignoring police warnings not to trespass on Dunst’s property, Mr. Smith was “arrested and subsequently placed on a 72-hour psychiatric hold.
The temporary restraining order was issued on Nov. 26 and a hearing has been set for Dec. 22 to determine whether the order should be extended.
