Mel B and her husband, Stephen Belafonte, are being sued by a real estate agent because he says they assaulted him.
The couple along with one of their employees are being sued by Amado Aguirre for $1 million because they allegedly assaulted him last December.
Amado says that he was taking pictures of a home he was hired to appraise when the trio came out and thought he was a paparazzo which is when they started to intimidate and “physically injure” him which resulted in neck and back injuries as well as a broken hand.
He is looking for $1 million in punitive damages, $35,000 in medical expenses, $350,000 in damages, $100,000 for loss of future earnings and $10 for lost earnings that day.
I guess she lives up to the name Scary Spice.

Holly Madison has a new job lined and, yes fellas, it involves wearing next to nothing.
The ‘Girls Next Door’ star has revealed to PEOPLE that she’ll be replacing Kelly Monaco in the Las Vegas-based burlesque ‘PEEPSHOW’ beginning in June.
“I feel like this is perfect for me. I’ve always wanted to be in a really classy, sexy burlesque show.”
‘PEEPSHOW‘ is a topless, burlesque-style show that currently resembles a reunion show for ‘Dancing With the Stars’ contestants. Monaco along with Spice Girl singer Melanie Brown are in the cast, and of course Madison was on ‘Stars’ as well.
Neither Monaco nor Brown go topless in the show and even though she has plenty of experience in this area, Madison is also expected to keep covered up.
“It’s going to be a blast,” Madison, 30, said, adding that she feels her ‘Dancing’ experience will help.
“It’s given me a lot more confidence. From being on that show, it will definitely help me stick to a really strict workout routine.”

There’s nothing scary to the idea of Spice Girl member Mel B posing nude for an adult magazine.
Last month the singer turned television personality (born Melanie Janine Brown), revealed to various media outlets that she had turned down two offers to appear in ‘Playboy’ magazine over the past year, despite leaving the opportunity open for a later date.
“I was offered Playboy last year and again a couple of months ago, and I did turn them down, but that’s not to say I wouldn’t consider it in the future. I have no problems walking around the house naked or anything.”
Well it appears Hugh Hefner has stepped his game up for the voluptuous star.
According to London’s ‘Mirror’ newspaper, last week the two parties came to an agreement for six figures that will lead Brown to appear nude in a forthcoming issue.
