Brett Favre just got fined $50,000 for sexting Jen Sterger but he is back in hot water and once again it’s to do with him being a sex fiend, this time he is being sued for sexual harassment by two women.
Good morning American reports that two former massage therapists for the New York Jets, Christina Scavo and Shannon O’Toole, both filed a lawsuit against Favre, the Jets and Lisa Ripi, a woman who hires massage therapists for the team.
Scavo claims that the NFL star treated her like a “hanging slab of meat” and that he once text her and another, unidentified, woman asking if they would be up for a threesome because he is all alone. A lawyer for the two women says the reason they are filing a lawsuit is because after this was all brought to the attention of Ripi they were never offered work again.
The lawsuit then goes on to say that Ripi wrote “for sure feel horrible that u had to go thru that [with] a pervert…however I truly wish you would’ve come forward at the time it happened. I’ve been up there 13 years without anything that happened to me on tmz…cause it was handled internally the way it should be.”
Which to mean basically means she would gladly stand by while all these women are harassed, and possibly raped, but they better keep their mouth shut because if they say anything – they will be fired.
This is all hearsay at the moment but lets face it – we all know this kinda stuff goes on behind the scenes in the world of sports. These athletes have so much power when it comes to shutting up the women which is why they don’t really care about harassing them. I’m willing to bet more allegations will come out in the future.

Casey Affleck has settled the sexual harassment lawsuit that two women filed against him back in July, in the lawsuit they accused him of sexually harassing them while working on his documentary about Joaquin Phoenix, I’m Still Here.
Magdalena Gorka, a cinematographer, and Amanda White, a producer, both filed a lawsuit against Affleck back in July in which they asked for $2.25 million and $2 million respectively.
Both women left the production team during filming because of his alleged harassment. Gorka says that he crawled into her bed one night while she was sleeping, while White claims that he refused to pay her because she would not spend the night in a hotel room with him.
Affleck’s rep released a statement saying “The disputes between Flemmy Productions, LLC and Casey Affleck with Amanda White and Magdalena Gorka in connection with the film ‘I’m Still Here’ have been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the parties and the lawsuits are being dismissed.”
They will both receive a credit on the film but there is no word on how much the Affleck camp paid the women to drop the lawsuit. I never know what to think when somebody pays the other party off because either they are guilty and don’t want their name dragged through the gutter or else they are innocent and just want the case to disappear. Fernando Flores, a former bodyguard of Britney Spears, went to the Child Protective Services back in June and accused her of abusing her children. Since nothing came of that, he is now filing a lawsuit against her accusing her off the same thing and also sexually harassing him
TMZ got their hands on the lawsuit, which says Britney “repeatedly made unwanted sexual advances” at him by exposing herself while in her house. He also says that Britney has been watching Legally Blonde too much because she tried the bend and snap on him. The suit says…
“She was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores].” The lawsuit goes on, “The incident caused [Flores] shock and disgust.”
Another part of the lawsuit says that…
“After an awkward silence during which [Britney] just stood naked before [Flores], [Flores] asked Spears if she needed anything. After some hesitation, Spears asked [Flores] to get her two bottles of 7 Up.”
He also says that she often engaged in sex acts in front of her, although it doesn’t say exactly what these sex acts consisted of and apparently one time after exposing herself, she turned around and said “you know you liked it.” Priceless.
As for when she abused her children, the lawsuit says one time she demanded Flores take of his belt and then she beat her child, Preston, with it. He also claims that she fed the kids crabmeant despite their fish allergies and when someone tried to help she shouted “mind your own fucking business.”
What a bunch of bullshit.

The woman at the center of the sexual harassment claim that forced the resignation of Hewlett-Packard Co. CEO Mark Hurd revealed her identity Sunday and said she is “surprised and saddened” that Hurd lost his job.
Jodie Fisher, 50, an actress and businesswoman, knew Hurd through her contract jobs with HP’s marketing department from 2007 to 2009. HP paid her up to $5,000 per event to greet people and make introductions among executives attending HP events that she helped organize.
Fisher echoed Hurd’s statement that the two never had a sexual relationship, but neither she nor her lawyer, celebrity attorney Gloria Allred, would discuss details of the harassment claim. “Mark and I never had an affair or intimate sexual relationship,” she said in a statement.
In the statement, Fisher described her relationship with Hurd:
“I first met Mark in 2007 when I interviewed for a contractor job at the company. At HP, I was under contract to work at high-level customer and executive summit events held around the country and abroad. I prepared for those events, worked very hard and enjoyed working for HP. I have resolved my claim with Mark privately, without litigation, and I do not intend to comment on it further.”
That sexual harassment claim set off the chain of events that led to the discovery of allegedly falsified expense reports for dinners Hurd had with Fisher and ended in Hurd’s forced resignation Friday from the world’s largest technology company.

Fisher acknowledged that she and Hurd have settled the matter. A person familiar with the case told The Associated Press that Hurd agreed to pay Fisher but would not reveal the size of the payment.
“I was surprised and saddened that Mark Hurd lost his job over this,” Fisher said in a statement. “That was never my intention.”

The resignation this week of ABC entertainment honcho Steve McPherson was surprising enough, but now the affair has taken an ugly turn.
The Hollywood Reporter claims McPherson, who’s led the network for six years, resigned as he was the subject of an ongoing, formal investigation surrounding charges of sexual harassment. The resignation comes just as the networks are preparing to showcase their fall lineups for TV critics.
McPherson’s attorney, Tom Hoberman, issued a statement to the Reporter, which, curiously, didn’t include specific denials of the rumors surrounding an investigation:
“Upon Steve McPherson returning to work from his vacation on Monday, he made a voluntary decision to resign and ABC accepted his resignation. It is not uncommon for high level executives to be the subject of gossip and innuendo. That would include rumors of internal situations which can easily be misinterpreted or misrepresented. Seems like it goes with the territory, and there is nothing further to discuss.”
ABC also didn’t deny the rumors, and responded to questions by simply re-issuing the statement they made when McPherson resigned on Tuesday:
“Steve McPherson today submitted his resignation as President, ABC Entertainment Group, and the Company accepted. Mr. McPherson said, ‘I want to thank the wonderful team of individuals who have worked with me throughout my time here and wish them nothing but the best.’ A replacement for Mr. McPherson will be announced shortly.”
McPherson’s resignation was particularly surprising given the timing, as ABC and the other broadcast and cable networks are presenting their fall programming lineups to TV critics this week in Los Angeles during the annual summer Television Critics Association tour.
But THR’s sources say several complaints of sexual harassment had been filed against McPherson, and that a formal investigation had begun three weeks before he resigned.
The complaints are said to involve both network executives and on-air talent at ABC, and to include e-mails as well as an incident that took place during a company retreat.
As for McPherson replacements, ABC Family head Paul Lee is thought to be the main contender.
Next up, the other woman, the baby… and the sex tape. Not necessarily in that order.
The last we heard from Bones actor David Boreanaz he admitted cheating on his wife of 9 years, Jaime Bergman, now he is being sued by an actress for sexual harassment.
Gloria Allred represented the woman that David cheated with back then and now she is once again going to meet him in court because she is representing Kristina Hagan (the woman in the photo above), the woman who alleges he harassed her while she was an extra on Bones.
The lawsuit claims that on August 21, 09, he started to send her sexually inappropriate texts and then in September they were driving in his car together when he started to tell her he was the boss and “could make things happen” for her. What a typical Hollywood come on line, she should have known there and then.
He then parked his car and “attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away. [He] unzipped his pants, pulled out his penis and began stroking it until he ejaculated.” When September 29 came around he took her into his trailer and yet again tried to kiss and fondle her, then he “masturbated in front of her.”
She also claims that David repeatedly told Hagan he was looking for a good acting role for her but of course never got her shit.
I’m not defending David Boreanaz or anything, if this is true then he deserves to have the book thrown at him, but seriously how stupid and desperate must this Kristina Hagan chick be? He used every typical Hollywood pick up line in the book, then after the text messages and first incident of fondling her while jacking off – she should not have gone back to him for a third time.

From one on-set accusation to the next, this time taking the stage is Heidi Montag who is alleging The Hills creator Adam Divello sexually assaulted her.
Heidi, who recently showed off her plastic body, claims that DiVello touched sexually assaulted by touching her ass cheeks and lower back and Spencer Pratt is not happy.
A source said “tension on The Hills set has escalated in the last few weeks and Spencer and Heidi are close to bringing legal action against the show. Adam can get away with it with [Audrina Patridge and Kristin Cavallari] but not with Heidi! He is a pervert and a creep. The other girls dont feel they can’t defend themselves because they are afraid they will lose their job. Heidi Montag will not tolerate sexual assault in the workplace!”
Apparently rumors have been going for years about DiVello’s behavior and his relationship with The Hill’s former main girl Lauren Conrad and his inappropriateness with her but no lawsuit was ever filed nor any complains to MTV.
But Lauren denies this in a statement saying “Similar to most of my fellow MTV cast mates, I am in utter shock at the allegations made against Adam. Not only are they completely absurd, but they are 100 percent without merit. Adam is a true professional and a wonderful person to work for.”
Normally I would actually consider a possibility that these rumors are true but let’s face it, this is Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt ,they will do absolutely anything for any publicity and to make their fame last longer once The Hills ends. As for that source sounds they totally suspicious in their wording, I would if it is one of Speidi?

Eric Green, former corner-back for the Arizona Cardinals, is being sued by a New York City transgendered woman, Angelina Mavilia, because she accuses him of sexually assaulting her.
Mavilia filed a $10 million sexual assault lawsuit against Green in federal court in Florida, where the NFL player was born and currently lives.
According to the court papers she claims they met early 2009 in a casino in Scottsdale, Arizona, when he was still playing for the Cardinals after that they went back his condo which is when he apparently assaulted her.
The papers say, “he got extremely agitated and threatening, and warned: ‘this never happened. You’d better not tell.’”
On top of suing Green, she has also filed papers against New York City for a separate incident in which she says she was dehumanized after getting arrested for trespassing in a housing complex back in 2008.
In the papers filed in a Manhattan Federal Court, she is claiming that a female police officer told her to take off her bra and panties twice before examining her genitals then screaming “It’s a girl!”
Then when she was at the booking center an officer ordered once again had her strip down to her undies and then put her in a cell with a man before declaring “You’re not fooling me; I know you were not born a woman, I can see your plastic surgery.”
Eric Green currently doesn’t play for any football teams and wouldn’t comment on the case. This is very messed up, I feel so bad for this Angelina Mavilia woman.

A police officer in Ohio claims the Police Department defamed and harassed him by having “a detailed and invasive non-criminal investigation” into him and his family shortly after his wife posed in Playboy magazine (photo below).
Former Det. Ronald Fithen is also claiming that they denied him the right to take leave to drill with Army National Guard, badmouthed him to Army National Guard officials and denied him paid leave to drill with his unit.
Filthen and his wife both filed legal papers suing the city, police department and Police Chief Dennis Murphy.
He says he was demoted after he filed a worker’s compensation claim and requested medical leave on the advice of his doctor, because of “intense, debilitating, and unwarranted work stressors.”
You would think having your wife pose in Plabyoy would make you very popular in work, especially in a police station.
Andrea McNulty, the woman who is accusing Ben Roethlisberger of sexual assault claims she tried to tell the head of security about the attack but he threatened her job.
McNulty claims the day after the alleged assault she went down to Guy Hyder, the head of security at Harrah‘s hotel in Lake Tahoe, but he completely blew her off and told her she “was over reacting” and “most girls would feel lucky to have sex with someone like Ben Roethlisberger.”
In the lawsuit filed last week in Washoe County, Nevada, she claims that Roethlisberger asked her to come to his hotel room and then forced her into having sex with him back in July, 2009.
In the lawsuit she also claims that Hyder told her that the president of the hotel, John Koster, will “personally fire you for starting rumors about Roethlisberger’s personal life.”
She also says that Hyder then told her that Koster would be impressed by the sexual attack by saying “Koster would love you even more if he knew about this … Koster would suck his d*ck if Roethlisberger let him.”
Also in the lawsuit she is claiming employees from the hotel broke into her home and took files from her computer because they were defending themselves against legal action.
McNulty said she got psychological treatment several months after the alleged assault, she then says she had a conversation with Hyter telling him she was hospitalized after the incident. He replied by saying “I figured that was what was wrong, but I thought it was just like a date rape thing.”
A lawyer for the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback says “the timing of the lawsuit and the absence of a criminal complaint and a criminal investigation are the most compelling evidence of the absence of any criminal conduct.”
It must be noted that Ben Roethlisberger was in Nevada at the time of the alleged incident for a celebrity golf tournament.
Andrew McNulty is suing for sexual assault and battery, false imprisonment and infliction of emotional distress. She is seeking $380,000 in medical fees plus an unspecified amount of punitive damages.
If any of this is true then all of the hotel staff are disgusting.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie‘s rep, Todd Shemarya, is being sued by former employee Heather Devlin for sexual harassment.
Devlin claims that Shemarya fostered a hostile work environment by exposing her to internet porn, “parading around naked,” and viciously mocking his celebrity clients, which also include Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Aniston.
The lawsuit, which was filed Tuesday in Los Angeles’ Superior Court, details an incident in which two vintage Cartier watches intended for Pitt and Aniston during their marriage where taken by Shemarya and given to a friend as a wedding gift.
In another disturbing incident, Shemarya showed Devlin a banned 1997 Brad Pitt issue of Playgirl and ridiculed the size of his penis while calling Aniston an “ugly bitch.”
Devlin was fired after nine years as Shemarya’s assistant after the agent hired his lovers. Devlin’s attorney, Keith A. Fink, summarizes the suit,
“Ms. Devlin was exposed to a constant barrage of offensive sexual, racial and religious comments. TSA’s celebrity clients would usually be the center of his ridicule.”
On the other side, Shemarya denies the allegations, saying that Devlin is just a “disgruntled” former employee now trying to “extort money.”
