Yesterday it was reported that Halle Berry called cops to her home over the weekend after she found an intruder looking at her through the window while she was in her kitchen. He returned last night, but has now been arrested.
When she spotted him the first time her security team ran outside her house to try and catch him but he ended up getting away, which then meant the LAPD circled the are with a helicopter looking for him.
But now the man, who has now been identified as 27-year-old Richard Franco, returned to Halle’s home in the Hollywood Hills at around 11 PM last night after jumping over her back wall.
Luckily her security, who are off duty police officers, were watching him on security cameras as he entered the area so they grabbed him straight away and called the LAPD to come and arrest him on suspicion of felony stalking.
Police officers tell TMZ that they are pretty sure this is the same man who was peeping through her windows over the weekend.

In the world of Lindsay Lohan nothing is ever simple and when there’s one story about here there is usually another fiver to come out in the same day. Today is no different because she has been spotted drunk and she is also claiming she has a stalker.
First up let’s talk about her stalker, she is claiming to have both footage and text messages from a man who is stalking her and is now threatening to kill her so she has gone to help from the police. This must be the first time that Lindsay is in touch with the police over something that doesn’t involve her own crime.
Lindsay tweeted the above photo with the message “This is the freemason stalker that has been threatening to kill me- while he is TRESPASSING! I’m actually scared now. All my fans, my supporters, please stand by me. g-d bless xxL.”
A source tells TMZ that Lindsay thinks her stalker has been after her for the past 4-years and has been leaving strange gifts at her front door as well as sending her a bunch of crazy stalker. She doesn’t know the name of him but she wants the police to help her.
Meanwhile, Radar Online are reporting that Lindsay was spotted at the new Paul & Andre Hollywood nightclub in Los Angeles on Sunday night where she got drunk and grabbed the wrist of a woman who tried to take a photo of her at 2am. A friend of the woman who tried to take the photo says:
“Lindsay appeared to be ‘belligerently drunk, She and her people were doing shots of something all night. She looked like she was falling all over the place. She was being stupid. When she grabbed my friend’s wrist, another woman who was with Lindsay grabbed the camera. She kept saying ‘I need that camera’ over and over again. So the woman got it and sunk it into the ice bucket.”
Lindsay’s new publicist, Steve Honig, was quick with a response and he simply said “I don’t have any knowledge of this alleged incident whatsoever.” I find it hilarious that he doesn’t even deny it happening he just says he doesn’t know about it.
Sounds like a typical night out and week in the life of Lindsay Lohan to me.

I honestly think Madonna has more stalkers than I do friends because nearly everytime I read about her it involves being obsessed and someone stalking her. Today it has been announced that another man was arrested and charged after breaking into her home in London.
The Sun reports that Grzegorz Matlok was found by Madonna’s bodyguards at around 5:30 a.m. on Saturday morning while he was rooting through her stuff inside the 10-bedroom mansion. Maltok broke into the house, which has a state of the art alarm system and a few CCTV Cameras, after smashing a side window but he set of no alarms.
Speaking about arresting the 29-year-old a police officer said “something dreadful has happened here. The security around the world’s most famous pop star should be impregnable.” Her bodyguards also said that the Polish man had been stalking her for some time.
Madonna wasn’t home at the time because she took her children to the States after the death of her grandmother, who had helped raise the pop star when she was younger.

The man who ran onto the field at the Yankee Statium on Monday night is said to be obsessed with Cameron Diaz, which is why he tried to get on the pitch to confront Alex Rodriguez.
33-year-old Grim LeRogue, yes – that is actually his name because he legally changed it from Joe Rogan, was carrying five pictures on him when he ran towards the pitch.
One photo was of Cameron with the message “we will be together soon,” written on it. Another photo of ARod had an X scrawled across his face with a gun pointing towards the head, it also had a written message saying “you have to go bud, you’ve ruined too many of our white queens.”
A third photo he was carrying was of Osama bin Laden, who he describes as his master, with the caption “I will serve you.” He also had a photo of Whitney Houston with the caption “Whitney Bin Laden, you will soon be my master’s wife.” The final photo was of Houston’s ex-husband, Bobby Brown, which simply had “you need to be terminated,” written on it.
LeRogue’s mother, Cathy, said “I just can’t believe this, he drank in his day when he was younger, he’s not like this saintly kid, but he’s 33 years old now, so give me a break.”
She also said that he has written a 700-page book about ninjas that he plans to self-publish, so a big part of the reason he did this was to get publicity. He was taken to the Lincoln Hospital in The Bronx for psychiatric evaluation.
This man needs to get serious help as soon as possible. Grim LeRogue is a good name though.

The scumbag who followed ESPN correspondent Erin Andrews from hotel to hotel videotaping her nude through keyholes has been convicted and is serving 30 months in jail. Now ESPN wants him to pay back every dime that they had to spend during this debacle.
Michael David Barrett plead guilty to staking Andrews last year, and began serving his time on May 3. When the video was released (and during the shitstorm that followed), ESPN spent a buttload of cash to beef up security for Erin Andrews. ESPN also claims they incurred losses “from assisting the government in its investigation.”
In total, ESPN wants Michael Barrett to pay back $327,442.27, the total that they say they’ve spent because of his douchebaggery.
A hearing is set for June 7.

Remember several months ago when a video popped up online showing a wondrously nude Erin Andrews doing butt flexes in her hotel room? I sure do.
As boner inducing as that video was (not that I ever saw it or anything), it was also illegal as hell and the man behind the video has plead not guilty to interstate stalking in the case. Authorities believe that a 48 year old creepy obsessed dude named Michael Barrett rented hotel rooms next to Erin Andrews on three separate occasions last year and altered the peepholes to film the beauty.
Yesterday FBI agents served search warrants to both Yahoo Inc. and Google Inc., in part to make Yahoo turn over a video of another nude woman that was posted in June to a Flikr account (Yahoo owns Flikr) possibly owned by Barrett.
I hope they nail this guy to the wall, personally. I’m all for hot naked chicks steaming up my monitor, but stalking and illegally videotaping a woman is going way too far. To me it’s a crime that is nearly as serious as rape, which hopefully Michael Barrett will learn all about if he goes to prison.

Anthony Michael Hall has landed himself in some very hot water, you see the former member of the 1980′s Brat Pack has been allegedly stalked his ex-girlfriend and attacked her.
Apparently the Breakfast Club actor was served with a temporary restraining order after he allegedly attacked his ex-girlfriend, Diana Falzone, in her New York apartment. The order states that Hall must “refrain from assault, stalking, harassment… menacing, reckless endangerment and intimidation”.
Falzone, who is a radio DJ And relationship expert (yeah I laughed too), claims that Hall attempted to kick her apartment door down last week and when she let him in he banged her head against the wall. A spokesman for Anthony Michael Hall, who suffers from bipolar disorder, said they didn’t know about the restraining order but “all of the allegations are erroneous and will be addressed accordingly.”
Oh and for shits and giggles, the last relationship article that Diana Falzone wrote is titled “How Not To Date a Loser.”

Nicolas Cage was stalked by a mime during the filming of Bringing Out the Dead, and decided to talk about it in an interview with Parade.
The broke actor stated that during filming, the mime would show up on set and start doing “bizarre” things.
Cage stated,
“I guess it would fall into the stalker category more or less, I was being stalked by a mime—silent, but maybe deadly… I have no idea how it got past security. Finally, the producers took some action and I haven’t seen the mime since. But it was definitely unsettling.”
My only question is – if the mime had decided to start shooting, would he have used a silencer?

Who knew Lindsay Lohan still had fans? Well she does and he is so crazy about her that tried jump on her while she was leaving the Jackrabbit Lounge in Scottsdale, Arizona last night.
38-year-old Daniel Patrick Combs apparently spotted Lindsay and Samantha Ronson as they left the club which is when he decided to try get around security guards and ended up pushing one of them.
The owner of the club, Dan Wierck, said “the gentleman became very excited when he realized he was so close to Samantha and he has a history of being a stalker with Lindsay Lohan so he immediately attacked her and started yelling, ‘I love her, I love her.’”

Lindsay and Sam left the club in an SUV while security held onto the man until the police arrived, he was then arrested for disorderly conduct and released a few hours later, no charges have been filed yet.
When interviewed, Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson said they were unaware of the attack at the club.

Kirsten Dunst has filed a restraining order against an alleged stalker.
In a declaration in the restraining order against 25-year-old Christopher Richard Smith, Dunst states:
“Mr. Smith has repeatedly shown up uninvited at my place of residence in Los Angeles, going so far as to ignore police warnings, bypass my personal security measures, trespass on my property, and attempt to gain entry into my home.
Mr. Smith’s sudden, aggressive, and harassing efforts to contact me are extremely frightening. I fear not only for my own personal safety, but also for the safety and well being of my housemate and assistant.”
A private security guard adds in his own declaration that it is his understanding that after repeatedly ignoring police warnings not to trespass on Dunst’s property, Mr. Smith was “arrested and subsequently placed on a 72-hour psychiatric hold.
The temporary restraining order was issued on Nov. 26 and a hearing has been set for Dec. 22 to determine whether the order should be extended.

Sandra Bullock can breathe a little bit easier now because her stalker has been sentenced to three years of probation.
Following the day after Paula Abdul‘s stalker killed herself outside the stars home, Marcia Valentine pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of stalking Bullock.
The actress obtained a restraining order back in May 2007 after testifying that her stalker had, on five occasions, left palm fronds adorned with “weird signs” and “pieces of animal fur” in her yard.
However a felony charge of assault with a deadly weapon was dropped against Valentine, she had tried to run over Bullock’s husband, Jesse James, twice with her car after he went outside to write down her license plate number.

 A body was found outside Paula Abdul‘s home last night.
Police sources said the victim is an alleged Abdul stalker and cops have been to the house “numerous times before” to deal with her.
The victims parents called Police at 3:00 PM to tell them their daughter was missing and that she “had an unnatural obsession” with Paula Abdul and they might want to check Abdul’s home.
The victim was found dead in a car, yards from Paula’s L.A. home. Cause of death may have been a drug overdose/suicide.
There’s no evidence of foul play. The victim has not yet been ID’d. We’re told Paula was not home and possibly shooting for “American Idol.”
Here are photos of what the victim left behind outside Paula Abdul’s house.
The woman was clearly obsessed, she had a license plate that reads “ABL LV.” There is also a picture of Paula hanging from the rear view mirror.
