I’ve lost count of how many times Lindsay Lohan has been sued for either not paying her bills or stealing stuff, today we have another lawsuit against Lohan.
Tough as Nails boutique in Los Angeles filed a lawsuit today against Lohan accusing her of not paying them a bill costing $16,880. They say that Lohan shopped in the store between November 2009 and February 2010 and racked up a bill of $17,060 but she somehow managed to convince them that her manager would pay the bill.
Her manager did pay the bill but only $180 of it, now the owners of the store they believe Lohan had no intention of getting her manager to pay the entire balance. They also say that they relied on her “well known status as a movie actress with substantial income.”
What the hell? If this happened back in 2004 then I would have sympathy for the store but Lohan had been accused of stealing crap a bunch of times before this happened so why on earth would they give her store credit?
Lindsay Lohan must keep her legal team in business with all these lawsuits they have to deal with every month.

Usher didn’t have a good Christmas because his ass got robbed and no I am not talking about his career, someone stole $1 million worth of jewelry from the back of his car.
Usher was in Atlanta on December 14th when he and a friend walked into an AT&T store leaving his GMC Yukon outside which is when the pesky robber broke into his car and earned a fortune for themselves.
Usher is claiming that he was robbed of over a million in jewelry as well as $50,000 in fur, his Christmas presents and his laptop which featured never-before heard voice tracks.
A staff member in the AT&T store said they saw a Chevy Impala pull up outside and a man got out and then broke into Ushers car before driving off. But they are too afraid to say anything more.
That would suck hard for Usher, but why the hell would would somebody be so stupid to that much in valuables in their car? Kind of asking for trouble, if this was me I would probably be accused that it’s all a scam and hoping to cash in on insurance.

It appears that a bunch of naked pictures featuring Carla Bruni have been stolen from her ex-boyfriend Raphaël Enthoven‘s brothers home.
It seems Raphaël, a philosopher, had given the images and some videos to his younger brother Julien, an actor, because he did not want to embarrass his new girlfriend or Carla’s husband Nicolas Sarkozy, the president of France.
A source said “the thieves appeared to know exactly what they were looking for – taking highly intimate prints, a camera full of further images, videos, and numerous computer files. They broke into Mr Enthoven’s flat in Rue Dauphine, in the sixth arrondissement, on Sunday night, smashing a window in the sitting room which looks out on to the courtyard. Nobody was at home at the time, and nothing else was taken.”
The police now fear that whoever took the files could sell them for shitloads of money and then be leaked online causing embarrassment to Sarkozy.
Neighbors said that “it’s almost impossible to get into any of the flats here, and burglaries are pretty much unheard of, nobody heard anything, even though they say a window was smashed in the courtyard. It seems strange that photos of Carla Bruni should have been targeted and then an announcement made about their disappearance. Also, what kind of a person keeps dozens of photographs of his brother’s ex-lover? Something does not add up here. Perhaps somebody wanted these pictures out of the way?
Carla has an eight year old son with Raphaël, who before she began sleeping with while he was married to Justine Lévy- daughter of famous French philosopher Bernard-Henri Lévy - she was seeing his father (who is another philosopher)Jean-Paul Enthoven.
This is the third burglary that has happened this year that is linked to Sarkozy, documents and money was robbed out of his brother. A wee before that almost a million dollars worth of jewelery was taken from the home of his second wife.
Also as you may know, this isn’t the first naked picture controversy to hit Carla Bruni, last year the above image was stolen that showed her posing naked from her modeling days and then the below photos are from her spread in GQ.
What a messy situation, this is beyond some Jerry Springer shit.

Tom Cruises‘ loss is another hacks gain!
Tom Cruise – who’s been on a messianic-type tour of Toronto for the past couple of days, giving umpteen interviews to anyone and everyone for “Valkyrie” – has lost his BlackBerry.
After Cruise did a full-hour interview with “Entertainment Tonight Canada,” his people called the studio asking if anyone had found the gadget. “A search was done, but, nada,” Govani said. “So, basically, someone in Toronto has Top Gun’s crackberry.”
Oh my… can you just imagine what one could find!
