Earlier this year Pamela Anderson decided to sue her ex-boyfriend for $1 million because he never gave him a condo in Las Vegas that he promised her but now she is being countersued by him for $22.5 million because he says she didn’t come through with helping promote.
Laurence Hallier‘s company built the Panorama Towers in Las Vegas and signed a deal with Anderson back in 2006 that would have her promote the sale of condos by doing several personal appearances and in return she would be given one of the condos. But he says she never bothered her ass showing up to any of the appearances.
He is now blaming her on the failure to sell a bunch of condos so he has decided to sue the Baywatch star for $22.5 million which he says is equal to the losses from the unsold units. He also says that Leonardo DiCaprio got his condo because he was so effective in helping promote that he sold over 100 condos.
Anderson sued him for $1 million because she claimed that if he never gave her the condo then he promised to just give her the money in cash but he says she is not entitled o this money because she didn’t come through with her end of the bargain.
What a mess, there’s no way in hell she can afford $22.5 million considering she has been in money troubles for the past few years.
The last we heard from Bones actor David Boreanaz he admitted cheating on his wife of 9 years, Jaime Bergman, now he is being sued by an actress for sexual harassment.
Gloria Allred represented the woman that David cheated with back then and now she is once again going to meet him in court because she is representing Kristina Hagan (the woman in the photo above), the woman who alleges he harassed her while she was an extra on Bones.
The lawsuit claims that on August 21, 09, he started to send her sexually inappropriate texts and then in September they were driving in his car together when he started to tell her he was the boss and “could make things happen” for her. What a typical Hollywood come on line, she should have known there and then.
He then parked his car and “attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away. [He] unzipped his pants, pulled out his penis and began stroking it until he ejaculated.” When September 29 came around he took her into his trailer and yet again tried to kiss and fondle her, then he “masturbated in front of her.”
She also claims that David repeatedly told Hagan he was looking for a good acting role for her but of course never got her shit.
I’m not defending David Boreanaz or anything, if this is true then he deserves to have the book thrown at him, but seriously how stupid and desperate must this Kristina Hagan chick be? He used every typical Hollywood pick up line in the book, then after the text messages and first incident of fondling her while jacking off – she should not have gone back to him for a third time.

Annie Leibovitz has been sued. Allegedly, she’s stolen a background, and passed it off as her own shot.
Reportedly, Leibovitz hired Paolo Pizzetti last year to scout locations for a calendar she was shooting for the Italian coffee company LavAzza.
Leibovitz did indeed shoot photos for the calendar, which was supposed to be themed “The Italian Espresso Experience,” but she couldn’t actually make it to Italy to photograph the models.
No problem—she just shot her models in New York and then pasted them onto photos taken in scenic Italian backgrounds. No muss, no fuss, the check cleared.
But Pizzetti wasn’t in on the joke, apparently, and was shocked to find his background shot actually in the calendar—that’s the photo at issue.

Victoria Principal apparently has taken her role on “Dallas” a little too seriously — she’s been sued for allegedly pulling a gun on a maid.
The woman who played Pamela Ewing is being sued byMaribel Banegas, the former maid at Victoria’s Malibu home. Banegas claims she had taken the dog for a walk — when she returned home to an enraged Victoria who couldn’t understand why it took so long.
Banegas explained the dog wouldn’t poop, but Victoria wasn’t pickin’ up what the maid was puttin’ down. According to the suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Victoria fired Maribel on the spot. Maribel asked for her final check and Victoria went upstairs, allegedly only to come down with a gun, “which she then pointed and aimed” at the maid.
The suit claims Victoria “verbally threatened to kill plaintiff”… and asked another housekeeper who was present “to stand aside in order that she could kill the plaintiff.”
The maid claims assault, false imprisonment and emotional distress. She wants unspecified damages.
Oh, by the way, the dog’s name is Mei-Ling, and we’re told it looks like a Shih Tzu … seriously.
The stepfather of one of three 8-year-old boys who were murdered in 1993 is suing Natalie Maines over comments she allegedly made at a rally earlier this year in support of the men — dubbed the “West Memphis Three” — who were convicted of the crime.
The complaint claims that at the rally, Maines told a “false and reckless claim that [the plaintiff] committed the murders.”
