Quentin Tarantino is planning to remake Russ Meyer’s graduate thesis on the complex and intertwined relationship between heaving bosoms and ultraviolence, Faster Pussycat! Kill! Kill!
The New York Post reports that porn queen Tera Patrick is being considered for a role. “Quentin loves her, and she’s a dead ringer for original star Tura Satana.” said the source.
Patrick gushes over the Russ Meyer 1966 cult film about three women on a violent desert road trip.
“It would be the hottest remake ever, and I’m honored to be considered,” she told Page Six. “I was built for this part.”
Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill! is a 1965 film directed by Russ Meyer, who also wrote the script with Jack Moran. It stars Tura Satana, Haji, and Lori Williams.
The film features gratuitous violence, sexuality, provocative gender roles, and campy dialogue. It has become a cult film favorite and has been widely referred to in pop culture.
It is one of Meyer’s more provocatively titled and explicitly exploitative films, yet unlike most of his films, it does not contain explicit nudity.

Dave Navarro is getting into the porn business. He will direct his first porn film, ‘Broken’, for Teravision. Teravision is the adult entertainment company owned by porn star Tera Patrick and her husband, ex-Biohazard bassist Evan Seinfeld.
The film stars teen porn star Sasha Grey and Navarro makes an appearance on camera. Apparently, he filmed himself directing the scenes. It kinda seems like he thinks he’s Martin Scorsese:
What happens is, the film breaks fantasy and goes back into reality and you’re actually on the set, so my interaction is mainly me giving Sasha direction. If anything, there’s definitely an artistic flair and sensibility throughout the picture that might at times appear self-indulgent - I hope so!

Tera Patrick is the first porn star to grace the cover of the US version of FHM magaziner, TMZ reports:
FHM is the fastest growing men’s magazine in both the US and UK — and for the first time the US version has put an adult film star on its cover. Tera Patrick was recently on the cover of the UK version, making it one of their highest selling issues ever. Because of that success, the magazine has given Tera the US cover for the month of July.

Of course, one could argue that appearing on the cover of FHM makes one a porn star by definition. Maybe, in the sake of accuracy, the lede should be “first hard core porn star.”
