Cheryl Cole has had quite the interesting couple of weeks because first of all she was hired as a judge on the X-Factor USA, then she was fired and replaced by Nicole Scherzinger, then she was back as a judge but now she is officially out
When I found out that Cheryl was back on I thought all of this was a publicity stunt but now Fox, Fremantle and SYCO all released a joint statement to TVLine confirming that Cheryl is not going to be apart of the show, here is what they say:
“Nicole Scherzinger will be replacing Cheryl Cole on the judging panel of The X Factor. Nicole will join Simon Cowell, L.A. Reid and Paula Abdul on their search across America to find the next global superstar or group to win the life-changing $5 million dollar recording deal. Nicole has previously joined Simon Cowell as a guest judge on The X Factor for the UK version of the show in 2010. Steve Jones will act as sole host of The X Factor.”
I actually feel really bad for Cheryl but I’m hoping that she does an exclusive interview and says exactly what went on. The real winner in all of this is Steve Jones, he went from being a co-host to now hosting the whole show.

Cheryl Cole‘s attempt at making it big in the USA by being a judge on the X-Factor hasn’t lasted long at all because she is now no longer apart of the show and has been replaced by former Pussycat Doll, Nicole Scherzinger.
Nicole was originally just supposed to be a co-host on the talent show along with British newcomer Steve Jones, but now that Cheryl is off the judging panel she has been bumped up as a judge.
There is several reports as to why Cheryl is no longer a judge for the show but nothing has been confirmed yet. First of all TMZ are reporting that the producers for the show decided to drop Cheryl as a judge because her Geordie accent would be too difficult for American viewers to understand.
TMZ also report that chemistry between Cheryl and fellow judges Paula Abdul and L.A. Reid was pretty dire. On top of that they are saying producers want the British sweetheart to return to the UK version of The X-Factor but she is so pissed off she might ditch the show completely.
The Sun however are reporting that the reason Cheryl is no longer a judge is simply because she was homesick. A source says “it hasn’t worked out. She’s homesick and wants to return to the UK. She’s had enough. Whether she ends up back on UK X Factor is open to speculation.”
I guess time will tell, either Simon Cowell or Cheryl herself will end up talking about this within the coming weeks.

Well it’s now official that Paula Abdul will be joining the judging panel for US version of The X Factor, she will be joining Simon Cowell, L.A. Reid and Cheryl Cole.
It’s been rumored for ages that Paula and Cheryl would be the female judges on the panel and now it’s a definite, this means that we will finally see Simon and Paula reunited and of course seeing what whacked up comments she comes out with on a weekly basis.
The first round of auditions have already begun in Los Angeles before the show premieres in September on Fox. As well as getting to feast our eyes on Cheryl each week we will also get a bit of Nicole Scherzinger because she has been hired as the host for the competition.

Cheryl Cole raised concern the other day when she collapsed during a photoshoot which she blamed on exhaustion but yesterday she was rushed to hospital and then diagnosed with malaria.
Cheryl took a vacation to Tanzania last month to get away from all the drama of her divorce and she took some malaria tablets which are supposed to prevent you from catching it but a mosquito bit her while she was away. A source says…
“She told doctors she’d had stomach pains since her return from Tanzania. On Sunday evening her condition deteriorated so rapidly she knew it was something serious. She’d spent 48 hours in bed trying to sleep off what she thought was a stomach bug. She was extremely weak, sweating and drifting in and out of consciousness. She was driven to hospital where tests showed malaria. Everyone is really concerned. She is very ill.”
Doctors are going to keep her in hospital for a couple of days and she has canceled all work commitments for the next week, which includes shooting auditions for The X-Factor. Any takers on being Cheryl Cole‘s home nurse? I sure wouldn’t mind nursing her better.

Cheryl Cole is finally set to be a single woman once again because today she filed papers for a divorce from cheating husband Ashley Cole.
The divorce is set to be a quick one because she doesn’t want any money from him and just wants a clean slate and it means he can play for England in the World Cup next month. A source said…
“Cheryl made a swift decision to put England’s World Cup dreams ahead of herself. The divorce should be finalised before England’s first touch of the ball in South Africa on June 12. She knows how vital it is for Ashley to have a completely clear head and concentrate entirely on his football and performance, with no distractions or emotional pulls. She wants a completely clean break with no malice or wrangling over property or money. Cheryl will not take one penny of Ashley’s money.”
Another reason Cheryl doesn’t want anything from him, which includes their £6m home in Surrey, is it means she can move to and from Los Angeles as she pleases because apparently Simon Cowell is set to make an official offer for her to be a judge on the US version of The X Factor.
Cheryl’s PR company confirmed the divorce on their Twitter page but said they had no further comment. No word on whether she is going to keep Cole as her second name or change it back to Tweedy.
Cheryl Cole moving to the US and appearing on that version of The X Factor better mean we get some hot photoshoots, or at least regular bikini candids. Is it wrong this is my main concern regarding a divorce?

Celebrity Divorces linked with Cheryl Cole Files For Divorce
Cheryl Cole has confirmed that she is finally separating the British version of Tiger Woods, also known as Ashley Cole, after allegations that he has cheated on her with 5 women have come out.
If you don’t know who they are.. Cheryl is a popstar and judge on The X Factor (she is also very very hot), it is rumored that Simon Cowell wants to make her a judge on the US version of the show, and Ashley is a soccer player for Chelsea Football Club.
The couple who have been married since July 2006 have had quite a rough marriage, in 2008 a hairdresser came forward and said that she had slept with the footballer. Like most women do she took him back and tried to get on with her life after a break, well over the past couple of weeks 4 more women have come forward and said they too have had affairs with him.
She then flew to Los Angeles to do some work and get a break, then it was rumored that she sent him a text message saying she is divorcing his ass and he should get out of their house. He was spotted leaving the house earlier today and she arrived back in London and drove straight to their home to confirm a statement. Then her pr company released the following statement saying…
“Cheryl Cole is separating from her husband Ashley Cole. Cheryl asks the media to respect her privacy during this difficult time. We have no further comment to make.”
Cheryl’s bandmates, if you didn’t know she’s in Girls Aloud, have released a statement saying that they will not be speaking on the matter. Simon Cowell has yet to comment on the situation either but everybody wants to know what he thinks.
While this is just a separation it is suspected that they will get divorced, if this happens then the divorce would be worth about £25 million. I don’t know how anybody could cheat on someone like Cheryl Cole.

As we all know, the new season of American Idol is set to air without Paula Abdul, but that doesn’t mean she and her craziness is off our screens for good if new rumors are to be believed.
Paula, who is still friends with Simon Cowell, quit her judging duties on Idol because they wouldn’t pay her $10 million per season of the show. Now she has reportedly signed a $4.5 million contract with Cowell to judge on the US version of The X Factor.
The X Factor replaced Pop Idol in the UK a few years ago and has since become the most watched TV show on that side of the pond, which means Cowell is wanting to bring the show over to the US in 2011.
A source said, “Simon flew Paula to London and wined and dined her relentlessly over the course of several days, even introducing her to everyone who works on X Factor. But what really clinched the deal was Simon’s pledge that she wouldn’t have to deal with all the nonsense and infighting that she hated on Idol.â€
I sure hope Paula Abdul did her research on the show before signing the contract because there is even more fighting on The X Factor than there is on American Idol. It is rumored that Sharon Osbourne left her judging job on the show because of fighting.
Either way, The X Factor is way better than American Idol so the sooner it is on US TV the better.

Cheryl Cole celebrated her 26th birthday party in London last night and she was letting anbydoy steal her spotlight because look at this very hot dress she wore.
Cheryl wore the $6500 (4000 GBP) Alexander McQueen dress as she and her husband Ashley Cole made their way inside Vanilla club in London.
Cheryl invited along her Girls Aloud bandmates Nicola Roberts and Kimberly Walsh, noticeably missing was Nadine Coyle and Sarah Harding.
Also along for the night was the singers X-Factor co-stars, Louis Walsh, Danni Minogure and Simon Cowell her brought along his ex-girlfriend Terri Seymour.

Well I hope you don’t mind Simon Cowell , because this is the second post about him in a row, this time he says that Britney Spears is in awe of him, because she didn’t utter a word while backstage on The X Factor.
Simon called into Ryan Seacrest‘s morning radio show on KIIS-FM to talk about having Britney on The X Factor this past weekend, he said “of all the artists I have ever had on any of these shows, there was more buzz, more excitement for this girl than anyone else. It was as if the president was on the show. I love it. I think if you’re going to be a star, be a star.”
When asked about behind the scenes and how she behaved he said, “to be fair, and this may be a bit egotistical, I think she was in awe of me, She was just staring at me. I said, ‘Touch me, I’m human,’ and I think that broke the ice.”
According to other reports though, Britney was more than shy, in fact she was just plain rude – she didn’t allow the contestants to see her rehearse or even meet her, she also admitted to Simon that she didn’t even see the contestants perform, despite having a television in his green room (which was given to her).

Simon Cowell always makes me laugh, he is the most egotistical person in the world. As for Britney Spears performance, I think people are being a bit hard on her – hasn’t she always mimed?

Bitten and Bound linked with The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
Britney Spears is reportedly starving herself in hopes of slimming down for her performance on The X Factor this coming Saturday.
Spears apparently wants to look as good as she can when she performs her song Womanizer on the U.K. talent show, her first appearance on British TV in five years.
According to reports Britney, who arrived in Germany for a special appearance, is hoping to lose over seven pounds before she takes the stage on Saturday.
A source said that in order to look as good as judges Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue (see thumbnails) Britney “goes to bed hungry and is dieting so hard she’s suffering from insomnia, anxiety, flushes and shakes. Her father and the people around her are trying to get her to eat more, but Britney is determined not to be criticized for having any extra bulk.”
