It’s been a couple of months since the untimely death of Brittany Murphy but it has now been announced that she has left everything to her mother, Sharon Murphy, in her will.

On top of leaving everything to her mother, Brittany’s husband Simon Monjack said that she left him out of the will.
TMZ claim that years before Brittany got married to Simon she wrote up a handwritten will leaving everything to Sharon. That was then stored in her manager’s safe, but after she got married she had a formal will and trust drafted up. Again she left everything to her mother along with a message saying “I am married to Simon Monjack who I have intentionally left out of this will.”
Now before everyone gets their panties in a knot, she probably left him out of her will because she has always supported her mother and because he makes his own money.
Simon also says that Sharon has put the house up for sale for $7.25 million and that when the house is sold both her and Sharon are going to move to New York.

Farrah Fawcett‘s family has been stunned by allegations the actress included a secret lover in her will.
The Charlie’s Angels star passed away in June, aged 62, and reportedly left the bulk of her multi-million dollar fortune to her troubled son Redmond O’Neal – excluding her longterm partner Ryan O’Neal from her legacy.
But now British newspaper the Sunday Express claims the star left $96,000 to former Texas football player Greg Lott, who previously claimed to have been her secret longterm lover.

Lott published a string of love letters in a bid to support his story, and was subsequently dismissed by Ryan O’Neal as a “disgruntled ex-boyfriend from the sixties.”
But the former athlete has revealed he was included in Fawcett’s will and insists her decision to leave him a portion of her estate proves she cared for him until the end. He has also accused O’Neal of keeping him away from Fawcett when she was dying.
“I am a beneficiary of her estate. I have been asked to maintain the confidentiality of the estate, which I must respect.
This news that I am indeed in her will and Ryan is not raises some serious questions about why he prevented me from seeing the love of my life in her final months. Farrah meant the world to me and I know that I equally had a profound impact on her. I cannot understand how those around her chose to keep me from her.”
Ouch! Wasn’t she planning on marrying Ryan for the second time, right before she died?

Randy Jackson claims Michael Jackson could not have signed his 2002 will, because he was 2,475 air miles away from the place the document was supposedly inked.
According to the will, it was signed on July 7, 2002 at 5:00 PM in Los Angeles. Randy Jackson said he has proof Michael Jackson was in New York from July 5 through July 9, on a campaign against Sony honcho Tommy Mottola, claiming Mottola had a thing against Black artists.
The lawyer for the estate, Howard Weitzman, tells TMZ the witnesses to the will were face-to-face with Jackson when he signed the document. Weitzman would not say if the will was signed in L.A., even though the document refers to Los Angeles.
TMZ spoke with Al Sharpton’s rep, Rachel Noerdlinger, who confirms Sharpton and Jackson were protesting Mottola in NY together in 2002 on July 6th and July 9th.
As the for the key date — July 7th — Sharpton’s rep released the following curious statement:
We have reason to believe that Michael may have been in NY on the 7th and Rev. Sharpton will address this after he discusses it with the Jackson family.
