Eric Green, former corner-back for the Arizona Cardinals, is being sued by a New York City transgendered woman, Angelina Mavilia, because she accuses him of sexually assaulting her.

Mavilia filed a $10 million sexual assault lawsuit against Green in federal court in Florida, where the NFL player was born and currently lives.
According to the court papers she claims they met early 2009 in a casino in Scottsdale, Arizona, when he was still playing for the Cardinals after that they went back his condo which is when he apparently assaulted her.
The papers say, “he got extremely agitated and threatening, and warned: ‘this never happened. You’d better not tell.’”
On top of suing Green, she has also filed papers against New York City for a separate incident in which she says she was dehumanized after getting arrested for trespassing in a housing complex back in 2008.
In the papers filed in a Manhattan Federal Court, she is claiming that a female police officer told her to take off her bra and panties twice before examining her genitals then screaming “It’s a girl!”
Then when she was at the booking center an officer ordered once again had her strip down to her undies and then put her in a cell with a man before declaring “You’re not fooling me; I know you were not born a woman, I can see your plastic surgery.”
Eric Green currently doesn’t play for any football teams and wouldn’t comment on the case. This is very messed up, I feel so bad for this Angelina Mavilia woman.

A woman has been taken straight to hospital from Tiger Wood‘s home in Florida on advanced life support according to news reports.

At this point it is unclear who the woman is but WESH, a local affiliate of NBC, is reporting that paramedics rushed the woman to hospital from the $2.6 million home after receiving a call at 2:36 a.m. earlier this morning.
Genevieve Latham, a spokeswoman for Orange County Fire Rescue, said “it was a medical call and the patient refused to be transported to the hospital.” Which makes this story very confusing.
There is photosof a blond haired woman being taken out of the ambulance and carted into the hospital on a stretcher, although it is unclear if this is the woman who was taken from his home. Shortly after this happened a black Escalade, similar to Woods’, was seen pulling up to the hospital.
Just yesterday it was speculated that Tiger Woods‘ wife Elin Nordegren had moved out of their home. A spokeswoman for Elin said she had not heard of this incident.
As this news is just after breaking you can expect a ton of stories popping up throughout the day.

It has been announced that Beyonce is to be named Woman Of The Year by Billboard Magazine at the 2009 Billboard Music Awards in October.

They describe the award as “given to a female recording artist that has inspired the music business with her success, leadership and new ideas.”
The reason they chose Beyonce is…
In the last year, Beyoncé kicked off her world tour “I Am…” in support of her third solo album “I Am…Sasha Fierce,” which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart in November and features the hit singles “If I Were A Boy,” “Single Ladies,” “Halo,” “Ego” and “Sweet Dreams.”
The tour also showcased Beyoncé’s philanthropic side as she gave 2,500 tickets to families affected by the auto industry crisis in Detroit and joined forces with General Mills Hamburger Helper and Feeding America to deliver 3.5 million meals to local food banks.
“Beyoncé is a multi-platinum artist and a multi-talented woman who clearly embodies the qualities of excellence and achievement that the Billboard Woman Of The Year Award was created to honor,” said Bill Werde, Billboard’s Editorial Director, about Beyoncé, who is the only performer in the 51-year history of the Billboard Hot 100 to top the chart for 10 weeks or more with a group and as a solo artist. “She has not only influenced pop culture with her hit songs and signature dance moves, but has inspired women everywhere with her unique style, business savvy and dedication to charitable causes.”
To be quite honest with you, I don’t care about any of this but I wanted to post hot pictures of Beyonce.

On Tuesday, I posted the top 9 of MTV’s top men and women of 2008, today they revealed the top spot and I don’t even know what to say about it.
1 – Lil Wayne:

The fact remains that for 12 long months, no one dominated hip-hop like Wayne did. No one sold more records, generated more headlines or appeared on as many tracks. No one flooded the market with as much product, and — in a genre loaded with compelling characters — no one was as mercurial, controversial, hilarious and, well, bizarre as Weezy was. Not to mention, when you move 1 million copies of an album in one week, it’s pretty safe to say you’ve crossed over to the mainstream. Wayne most definitely was hip-hop in 2008, but he was pop culture too.
So considering all that — and after sifting through a year’s worth of headlines, videos and reader comments — we’ve decided to crown Lil Wayne as MTV News’ Man of the Year. From his epic Arizona drug bust in January to selling a million copies of Tha Carter III in June and, finally, nabbing eight Grammy nods in December, ’08 has been anything but dull for Wayne … and that’s just skimming the surface. Below, for your perusal, we’ve compiled his entire 2008 résumé — a list of accomplishments truly befitting our Man of the Year.
1 – Twlighters:

If you’re one of the millions of women who live and die by “Twilight,” please take a quick glance into the nearest mirror — because MTV News’ Woman of the Year is you.
Our sincerest apologies to male Stephenie Meyer lovers, Kaleb the Twilight Guy and, well, me. But even Forks fans of the testosterone persuasion have to admit that “Twilight” is a franchise driven by sincere, shrieking and borderline-stalker female fans.
I thought they would have someone like Barack Obama and Hilary Clinton but then again it is MTV.
